((Long story short, I wanna try out Kheesth. If you're interested, her profile's in the Hall of Records))

*What looks to be a large and vaguely humanoid snake stands outside the Training Dojo. Her silvery grey cloak flaps slightly in the breeze, nad Kheesths blood grows cooler. Both pairs of arms are folded, attempting to hold what little warmth the cloak provided in. Her lidless green eyes looked around for challengers. Would someone here perhaps like to meet one of her Summons?*

Kooki was walking around for a stroll when She noticed the humaniod snake. She was rather tired bugging owners and would like to freashan up her skills as a fighter. "Mow?" ~Would you like to spar, just the two of us?~

((Well, seems like Lep beat me to it, so I guess I'll be sitting this one out. Razz))

A strange and shrill whistling sound could be heard from a nearby tree that was not entirely unpleasant to the ears, but one couldn't exactly call it melodious either.

HollowEyes frowned a little, seemingly unsatisfied with the sound, although you wouldn't be able to tell why from simply hearing it. An insect next to him speaks up. "The pitch and intonation were both a little off, but you seem to have gotten the general idea behind it. You could probably stand to test it out some time. Perhaps now would be a good time, considering that you have company?"

The insect disappeared in a tiny cloud of smoke, and HollowEyes looked around, a little surprised that he hadn't noticed anybody here until the insect had mentioned it. As he was about to jump down to greet this person, he noticed Kooki appear to talk to the humanoid snake, and decided to watch them to see what they'd do. Even if he didn't do anything, sometimes watching a fight could be just as helpful as participating in one.

((Yay, participants! Razz))

*Kheesth regarded Kooki with an interested look in her eyes. This would generally disturb most people since she couldn't blink, and would therefore be hard to tell whether or not she was staring*

*A very slight smile tugged at the sides of Kheesths lips, she found the idea of them being alone amusing. Far from it, Kheesth was never alone*

Oh, I'm sure we can find something to do

*Kheesth said before pulling out a bag from under her cloak. It had waves and swirls of blue, as if to symbolize water. Kheesth dipped a hand into the bag, pulling out a little powder. She didn't need too much powder, the incident with the Earth Golems Keeper after it's powder had been incinerated was... unpleasant. The whistling noise HollowEyes had made made her pause for a few seconds, but she shrugged it off. If someone was out there they could watch if they liked, she really didn't care all that much*

Tell me, how do you feel about Elementals feline?

*Kheesth asked as she put the bag away, and held all four hands together (imagine cupping water, except there's an extra pair of hands each side Wink ). The powder shimmered blue, giving the impression of moving, and a small silhouette of what appeared to be a sea serpent appeared in her hands. Kheesth pleased with it's appearance held her hands up to her face and blew the powder out of them*

*When the water powder left, it seemed to expand exponentially, eventually forming a long serpentine body with four legs attached (if you've ever seen Spirited Away, the legs are in a similar place to the dragon from that). The legs were neither stubby nor looked very strong, but gave the impression the creature could move very fast if it wanted to. The creature had a serpentine head, somewhat similar to Kheesth's own but a lot larger, and water ran all along a groove in the creatures back right down to it's tail*

*The deep blue coloured serpent would be about 12 foot long from nose to tail tip, and it turned it's head to regard Kheesth. It also appeared to have the ability to blink, because that's exactly what it did when it saw Kooki*

*Kheesth spoke quietly, a hissing, lilting language left her lips as she spoke to her Summons. It appeared to weave it's head left and right, before opening it's mouth and unleashing a powerful stream of water at Kooki*

Kooki watched the sepent with intrest as it did what looks like in kooki's eyes, witch was playing with dust bunnys. Soon she noticed the water serpent and took a few steps back. She accedently got her bum into a rose bush, and roses have thorns. Kooki jumped, yelping in pain, as the gush of water went under her. Kooki started to hiss at serpent, blaming it for the thorn in her bum. She soon sniffed the air for any scents ~Hmm, I smell water . . . well, I'am really thirsty~ she starts to walk twards the serpant and starts to attempt to lap up what she at least thinks is water.

*The sea serpent, startled at someone trying drink from it's back moved quickly out of the way, it's tail flicked towards Kooki as it did to trip the feline up*

*Kheesths arms folded once again around her cloak as she watched, her scales turned a darker shade of grey. Kheesth finds the idea of someone tryng to drink from the serpent disrespectful*

Kooki triped and landed on her chin. She got up and puured playfully. Her inner kitten is taking over. She went up to the serpant and rubbed against it, leaving her scent ~Now all animals will know that this is MY water bowl, not theirs!~

*The sea serpent is confused. Kheesth would call it when she needed something from it, either a fight or a flood. But this creature didn't seem to want to fight, even after it had tripped it up*

*Kheesth turns an even deeper shade of grey, a hint of red showing, insulted at Kooki's actions. Kheesth once again starts speaking in the hissing lilting language of before*

*The serpent, understanding what the summoner wanted, starts producing water at an alarming rate. The river on it's back spilling over it's sides, and starting to flood the ground...*

((The ground where Kheesth stands, abd the Training Dojo itself will not get flooded. The serpent won't harm it's Summoner, and Kheesth told it not to destroy the building.

And 3kul, if you're interested in fighting Kheesth I can set up another thread if you want? I think it's be interesting... ))

Jho'Lhak had been observing the serpent summoner. He had seen her once before, and had been close to giving her a new summons, but events had taken a turn for the worse, and he never saw her before the mages went their own way.

He had been impressed at the way she'd handled her Earth, Air and Fire summons, he had yet to see the water and spirit summons. However, this fight, made him think twice about her abilities, a water summons, however weak, should have been able to defeat the cat like being with ease.

Not a telepath himself, he could still slightly hear telepathic speech, more so once he got used to different beings and new areas, dimensions and planets. He had felt Holloweyes earlier, thanks to the power eminating from him and the insect, as little as it was, it was a beacon to him.

He watches the cat being rub against the water summons, who, following orders from the serpent summoners language, one of which he had learnt, as their peoples spacial regions were borded in some places. He had had many dealings with them, and had some trade with them.

However, this Keesth, as he had come to learn, was the first summoner of a long time, as far as he knew, there was no need for a serpent summoner, but, he did intend to find out. Not one to merly sit back and relax, he levitates into the air, his Stayash Tree staff held to his side, only fifteen inches tall, his staff, just as tall.

He approaches the Tezca summoner, "It would not be hard to save your sun. If it were to die, the many planets of varied Tezcan species would surely struggle to survive, would they not?" He reaches eye level of Keesth.

"I forgot to ask, which is unusual for me, although, we were preoccupied at the time. Do you only summon. Or, have you learnt other skills. Other magicks? It also interests me to know to what extent your summoning abilities lie. As, some summoners have more than a set of elemental summons.

I suppose, being one of the only Tezcan summoners has its toll. Then, it should also have its advantages. One such as me, things are no longer new to my people. Although, most war and strife is borderline of other beings. Not a matter to be overly concerned with.

Forgive me for talking so much, it has been a while since I have met powerful summoners such as yourself..." He's looking Keesth over, trying to remember her individual species, as, of course, not all Tezcan's are alike. He knew, at best, she'd tolerate his presence...

((Wow, ok, so, I think I left you with a few things to develop your character a bit more Twisted Evil Love me... Razz

I think I'm getting a hang of him now... And to think he was made for an rp that dive bombed after a while.... Sad ))

Kooki saw the river on the water serpent's back making more and more water, super fast. At first she was ok about it. She was lapping the water up and placed her wiskers in the water, giving her a tingkling feel that she liked. But soon she noticed the it was up to her knees and she was rather surprised.

She took rather big steps slowly to the tree and hang onto it with her claws. Kooki took use of her back muscles by amuvering her back legs and took a grip on the bark. She then started to make her way up to the branches . . .

. . . A few splinters, slips, and bruises later, she made it to the top. Kooki sighed in releif and pain and she pulled the splinters out of her paws on by one with her teeth. "mew" ~Ah, I li-OW water. It's so-OW peacful. If only I-OW can breath-OW underwater.~

((I agree Swix, that might be interesting... Well, you can set the thread up if you'd like, I'd like to take a shot at it.

And GBE, sorry about that RP... I got too confused with what to do myself, it's a pity that it ended up dying Sad))

HollowEyes wondered just how the cat was ever planning on fighting back, as it seemed to be a pretty one-sided fight. The snake-like being seemed to have some interesting abilities, but it was hard to figure out anything if it had an opponent who acted like this.

However, as luck would have it, a chance to interfere and make things more interesting arrived when Kooki decided to climb up the same tree that he was in. Leaning down through the branches, he tapped the wood above the cat, hoping that he wouldn't freak her out too much.

"You don't seem to be faring so well, need a little help?"

*Kheesth looks straight at the Mageus as he rises to her eye level, not bothered at all by the fact the flood was now starting to reach the lower pair of her arms. The water kept a few feet away from her so the ground on which she 'stood' was totally dry*

In answer to your first question Jho'Lhak, yes the Tezcan colonies outside of our home planet would struggle for survival. Are you offering us a way to save our sun?

*She stops, watching Kooki in the tree, still apparently unaware of HollowEyes presence. The sea serpents head and body disappeared under the water as the waters continued to rise*

As for my learning other sklls, I have picked up a few incantations on my journeys. One of which is extremely useful... Among other things

My Summons are considered highly powerful, and rare. Although the one you see before you is not at it's full power.

((Don't worry. She has a resond for not attacking, yet >Very Happy))

Kooki pulled out the last thorn when the branches started to sway "Mew!" ~Who's there?~ She turns to the left, nope, only just some water riseing. She looks behind her, nope, just more branches. She finnaly looks to the right, yep, and it's a parasitian too.

Kooki sniffed the strange creature and replyed to his offer "Mew" ~Mmmm, I guess you ca-~ She was interupted by her tail kissing the water. She got startled, yet again, and scrambled up the branches. "MEW!" ~Quick! Or the water might drown you!~ Kooki sliped and fell into the water.

Although kooki wasn't liking it too much, she started to dog paddle with the best of her ability and swam to a diffrent tree, witch was smaller, but closer to a roof. She grabed onto it with her paws and climbed onto it. Un fortainitly, the branch started to bend, her water-logged fur was making her more heavy.

She started to slowly climb all of the branches, most of them bending or even breaking. A few bruises and splinters later (again), she was near the top. She tried to bend the branch to provide easy transportation to the roof of the dojo, but just as she was almost there . . . CRACK! The branch broke and Kooki grabed the side of the roof, holding on foor dear life . . .

((There was one before that 3kul.... lol... And in that one, he'd not even had a chance to appear... lol....))

Jho'Lhak regards the Tezcan before turning around, and watching Kookai's small 'adventure', obviously unimpressed with the strange beings antics. He turns back to Keesth, "Yes, I know of the portal travel you use. I also know the particular portal master whom you trade with.

I had a meal with him a while ago. Many interesting stories we shared over some delicate Kilk seedlings.

Do you not agree that this water summons should easily defeat your opponant?"

He digs inside of one of his pockets, feeling for a Magick Crystal, holding it in his closed hand, he raises his arm, and drops it into the water. Moments later, Keesth is lifted above the water by a mound of Earth and Jho'Lhak rises, keeping with her eye level.
