Hi there
Always nice to see newcomers.
I'm not one of the truly "old guard", but I'm not quite new anymore either.
From earlier posts it sounds like you might be intersted in the Guardians. We are trying to set up a group to improve our skills at RP gaming and to explore new directions in RP gaming (and also to counteract the Evil Council's dominance in this art.) You can read some of the preliminary discussion under General Chat, the thread entitled "The Good Council"
Other than that, read the Sensei's basic beginning posts and explore around, and then jump in and have fun. You'll learn as you go, and most folks aren't too nasty if you brake some of the unwritten rules.
If you are totally new, also check out the Training Dojo (you will have to register under Usergroups up above) the select "Embri's Crash Course.... " It was posted for someone else but it has some very basic good info to read.
