I don't know. I think that's intentional, to throw off translation. Somehow, I think it has something to do with every third letter being replaces with a different vowel or conosnant, depending on which line it's on and the number of syllables it's on. But, that's just a rough guess.

Little Sister only intended to glance over the document, as she didn't really care for such matters as the recent murders ((would you worry if someone was murdering cows at a slaughter house? )). However, upon closer inspection, it seemed like the kind of thing she might take great interest in. Grinning, she took her time attempting to decipher it.

~Simple.~ She thought to herself as she finished up with the document. It was definately worth looking into, and she left the room that the document was in to go and inspect the murder scenes to see if anything was left that might hint towards this.
