Fallen (A murder mystery)

((I can finally concentrate on Kiri, she being a magical dragon and all ^^ ))
Kiri emmited a small noise of surprise. She whipped her head around in different directions and also followed the group. Panther snorted and followed suit.

((I'm not sure if The Murderer's post was meant as a slight flashback to the original murder victim or the killing of another, so I'll simply be observing the first one to avoid having to edit too much if I am mistaken.))

Little Sister arrived at the scene of the first murder much later than everyone else, having only taken real interest in it after reading that article from the Book of Angels. If the article and the murder were related in any way... ~It would be very interesting...~ she thought.

She switched across to her glowing red eye to observe the remains of the boy - it'd be easier to just hack him apart to get a gander inside of him, but she was certain that the other parties present might have something to say about that. The symbols surrounding the room appeared to have magnified the effects of the disease by which the boy had died, but the disease was unknown to her.

She smiled and slunk back out of the room. The student's corpse had confirmed what she'd thought, but she wouldn't be able to find out anything else about it for now. Whoever was making these killings was most intriguing, and she felt eager to learn more.

Guys! Guys! Come quickly!

*Addman, who had been exploring the perimeter, shouted to his fellow investigators. He'd found a second body by the window round the back of the Training Dojo. This one appeared to have been burned in the same way as the previous one, and similar symbols appeared on the stone-clad walls of the exterior*

I don't think this was a one off!

*Seph was examining the first body, smiling slightly, this was interesting*

Pagan symbolsss... Interessting.,..

*Seph snaps the book shut he had in his hands, a large red Hexagram shined on the front, Seph had research to do, he walked back into the Dojo to have a rummage around in the Library, or his own books at least*

Mr. Sanders pulled out another sensor beetle, and did a quick exam. Initial readings were very similar to theose of the body inside, but seemed to lack some of the extraneous magic. Sanders presumed that the difference might be the residual effects of the ritual. He would have to study it later, to see if he could better determine the nature of the ritual, now tht he could separate it from the magic of the killing disease.

Some of you may wish to do a more extensive study of this boy, but I think we should examine the room of the first victim. Did any of you know him, or recognize him from the hallways, do you know what room he was staying in? Some of us should go and try to examine it for any clues to his recent activities. Does anyone want to come along with?

The fox was nearby, perched upon the roof by this next victim.

She was staring intently at the blackened corpse.

~Too familiar. Should've been here sooner. What was the color of the fire...?~

She turned to Mr. Sanders, her next message directed to him.

~You. Don't try finding his memory. If the boy died the way I think he did, you'll come up with nothing.~

Sanders replies to Shaon:

I found nothing from the memory scan of the first victim either. Is this something you are familiar with? It is new to me, except in cases of complete surprise, which might be possible here, but not so probable with our friend inside. Unless whatever it was worked extremely fast and the victim was distracted,
or
unless,.... the memory was somehow blocked, which I think is more likely.

By the way, did you know either of these students. We are not that big of a training facility, and yet somehow, no one seems to know either of them. Myself included, most curious...
