Description:a very small, cute cat with a long fluffy tail and adorable, little angelic wings, she is not overly fluffy but not too sleek either, her fur is shiny light blue and silver. SnowLilly is about the same size as a young kitten at the moment. She is quite nimble and agile.

Personality:
Hyper, intelligent, and somewhat naive. Attracted to potential playmates, balls and shiny objects. SnowLilly hates loud noises and small, confined spaces. She is mistrustful of canines, and has a fear of people in general.

History:
Like her race, SnowLilly is native to a cold, tundra world. She was stolen from her parents as an egg, and taken by unknown enemies for experimentation. The arcane rituals which she was subjected to went awry, destroying a large part of her homeland. Abandoned by any survivors, the unborn Bangali was imbued with strange powers. She lay dormant for many years, until found by a passing merchant and collected as an unusually pretty rock. SnowLilly was sold to a Sage, and soon hatched in the warm climate of her new world. The infant Bengali was kept as a curiosity and pet by her owner, but soon escaped. SnowLilly's emerging power of Foresight allowed her to find safe passage through the dimensions, and she stumbled into Psychotopia quite by accident.

Hm... Interesting character, but the biggest thing I notice missing here is

Seriously though, what does Foresight do? Do you mean an ability to see the future? That would be hard to do well... Also, what kind of Ice and Water attacks do you have?
