Why do you have to be the judge? We have lots of people on Blackstar that could be judges.

Someone needs to fix the Elveron template, I've switched templates and there are features completely inaccessible from the Eleveron template, such as the Bookmakers.

Oh, and on topic, I second Blackstar hosting the tournament. It isn't exactly that hard to set up sub-forums and groups, as far as I remember from the Incarnadine days. ...Wait, I didn't set up any sub-forums or groups. Oh, never mind my ramblings. >_>

And also I want to be in the team tournament, if that's at all possible. What are the teams? X_X

EDIT:Geez, this is the fifth time I've edited this post. Anyway. Why did you guys win on the bet on Addman Vs. Cirrial in favour of Addman when *I* won it? A little presumptuous, don't you think? X_X

Damn, so there's no data left at all? That is bad news. I'm all in favour of continuing this here though.

I'd like to thank Al for his effort with the Olympics so far. He's helped to bring this great idea to life and has done a lot to try and administer it so far, so I think Al deserves some praise for his efforts, after all, these things cannot be helped.

Also, how did Cirral win in our fight when he dropped out? I thought he'd retired. I don't mind loosing to him, after all, he turned out to be a great RPer, but the bet was processed accordingly so a lot of people won when they shouldn't have. This is confusing.

Also, who won out of GBE and Shaon/Kumo?

The judgings for GBE vs Shaon weren't posted up, and I can't remember who was supposed to be judging them...

The Cirrial vs Addman fight ended up being very confusing. Cirrial surrendered in character in the round as he had exams (or something like that, correct me if I'm wrong Cirrial) that he needed to focus on. However, he later announced that he wished to cancel his act of surrender in the Tournament Talk section.

To be honest, I thought it was kind of strange that Cirrial still won after pretty much dying in his fight against Addman - I'm aware that it's not about who wins the fight, that it's really about who RPs better, but doesn't this make his next fights seem a little weird?

The news of Cirrial dropping out went around pretty fast, as everyone's been watching the tournament (well, I have >_>), which probably caused some confusion with the bets. Since I can't check against the Incarnadine forums, I can't be 100% sure, but I think that the payout was before you announced that you wished to cancel out your withdrawal from the Tournament, Cirrial.

Is there any way we could see the scores for Addman vs Cirrial? I thought that this was a very close match, so I was really looking forward to seeing the judgings...

Okay, now I don't know if I lost or won now. Right. I suppose I didn't make things any easier by hysterically overestimating the effects the exams would have on my life (they've so far turned out to be minor-stress inducing at best - no major-stress problems here).

And Naine NEARLY died. And no-one said for definite the Naine DID die.
Additionally, Naine and Striker are very close associates, and so if Naine was to die Striker would be highly motivated to take his place.

No, I did not just make that up as an excuse.

Either way, I want to join the team tourney <_<

Correct me if I'm way off base, but couldn't Al take over the Head Judge position here on Blackstar? He already has top level access, I believe...

That way, DP could keep his post on the team. I think. Wink

3kul: There's a lot of time between heats during which the contestants can be wheeled off into hospitals and recover, especially seeing as there's a databse explosion.

I think it should remain hosted by me, so as not to mess up the team tournament.

Please refrain from nagging me to bring it back though, I am really busy right now (Buried under homework D:)

DP would have to leave the GW team in order for Blackstar to host the events. This would also void his win against Vromoth, causing DP to lose by default. These are both things I'm sure he would be miffed about. Also, DP would have to strip himself of his Admin status here. (Not going to happen)
