((Ok, I didn't really get what happened to CP there. I'm gonna go with thinking that Homunculus dissolved the tendrils into CP's body, ready to activate if something happens.))
Coolpikaaa fell to his side, watching the tentacles sweep around under his skin. They were seeping into him. In to his muscles. Taking control.
Through watery eyes CP watched something swoop down on his foe, and attack it. An Angel? No.
A very different omen indeed.
Coolpikaaa dragged himself to the side of the roof access door, flabby parasite trailing behind. He hoped that by hiding here in the corner, he could have a moment to think, a moment to conserve energy. No. Maybe that was the opposite thing he wanted to do.
Pulling himself up right against the wall, the electric mouse began to charge, infusing every cell in his body with electric power. Static crackled along the metal surrounding him, and he pushed, pumping out more energy into his body, especially at the wounded areas.
"My...body...is not...A SHANTYTOWN!" He yelled, frying the surrounding area in his attempt to make his body the most dangerous place for a non insulated organism. |

((Actually they were meant to stop those muscles from moving when noticing a tug apart from laying there. However, it would have taken time for them to set in, so your movements earlier was in correct timing. Oh, the other effect I'll say in IC.))
~KIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!~
A tormented anguished wave resonated throughout the minds of the duelists on the rooftop. This emitted from the parasitic cells, attempting to endure the vast electrical attack. If Coolpikaaa noticed, tiny electrical orbs began leaving his body, often twisting into peculiar shapes. The most numerous appeared to be miniature humans. All writhing about as they soon vanished.
For Coolpikaaa's body, the gashes delivered by the tendrils healed over. The Homunculus cells became no more than waste material on the muscles and a strong numbness over the once infected areas (muscles still can move though).
While not deafening, Homunculus would had preferred that instead. Whose side nearest to Coolpikaaa began a short series of spasms. Leaving him to expand the other eye to maintain focus on Raven. _________________

A small splatter of blood hit Raven as she leapt away from the Homunculus. ‘Lolvely’ she pouted while lamenting her clothing. It seemed the Homunculus had the same idea, as both stood a good three metres away, Raven being on the edge of the roof. With another small jump, the woman was between the two contestants, forming a triangle-type arrangement. Light on her feet, she began pacing, circling the two.
~ "Finally, do you know how long I had to wait for you to show up? Fighting that rat was difficult, but you should be easy," ~
She ignored him. Raven had been here before either of them, searching the layout, placing traps in case she’d need them, meeting with old acquaintances. This child knew nothing. It was just a mutated fool with some mild powers. It wasn’t even worth her time, really.
But the Homunculus continued attempting to irritate Raven. ~ "Lied in wait for one of us to tire out," he assumed "Very good, though now I like to see tricks other than assassinations from you, Raven." ~
“Tch.†The small, annoyed noise escaped her lips with a sneer. Such a child, if he thought she was using assassination techniques. Raven was around long before they existed. What a fool, what an ignorant baby.
‘Quite a shame that CoolPikaaa was the one to go down.’ Raven mused briefly. Although the Homunculus was easier, duelling with the electrical rodent would have been a welcomed challenge. It was such a shame he was weakened.
~ "Now that you're here, I don't need to hold back anymore," ~
A sharp, bitter laugh expelled from Raven’s mouth as the Homunculus boasted. “Hold back? Oh really child, you’re quite the fool.†Clicking her tongue in dismay against the top of her mouth, Raven continued her assessment. “We’re in the middle of a battle, I know CoolPikaaa, am liable to be friends with him, possibly even team up if we feel like it, and you’re holding back?†She scoffed, waving her hand at him in disgust. “I knew you were young, but wasting energy in a battle with more than one person? Really, what a juvenile mistake.â€
“Furthermore, those stupid things growing out of your hands, what’s the point of them?†Her razor-edged voice continued as she gestured to the bones. They were either soft and palpable, easy to cut and tear, or they were using extreme levels of energy and control to keep the hard bone animated – thus tiring out the Homunculus very swiftly. “It looks impressive, I guess, to someone with less experience, but you should really learn.â€
Her abusive tirade was cut short by CoolPikaaa’s shriek.
~ "My...body...is not...A SHANTYTOWN!"~
With another cold laugh, she begins circling the two, slowly edging her way closer to CoolPikaaa. “Oh you silly little rodent.†Raven almost purred. “I’m pretty sure that it is at this stage, what with all the fleas on your filthy little body.†She mocked, all the while with a light and sweet tone. Raven looked down on the yellow creature, watching the electrical sparks fly out from it’s body. If she got too close, she’d be shocked. Luckily though, she came somewhat prepared.
With a leap and a spin, Raven aimed a flying kick at CoolPikaaa. Her legs stretched out with her long, purposely rubber boots protecting her skin. Her kick was aimed at the small rodent’s chest, in a desire to crush his tiny little ribs. |

Coolpikaaa felt great. Better than great. He had successfully defeated the parasitic invaders, AND received the greatest charge up of his life. The electric mouse pushed himself to his feet, watching Raven fight the main Homunculus body. His head was a little fuzzy from from all the Endorphins that came with such a great charge, and he wondered if he didn't move that much, he could stay this way for ever.
A sudden kick to the ribs that sent him flying dangerously close to the roof edge did dampen the mood a bit though. At least with Static, she would be paralyzed with an electric burst from the kick. Coolpikaaa lay on his back, waiting for the in inevitable scream after the bolt had finished it's course. It never came. CP rolled slowly back onto his feet and looked over at Raven. At least someone was smart enough to wear a rubber.
"Oh yeah, totally friends." Cp said, doubled over and coughing out a bit of blood. "Can't you tell, Homunculus?"
Coolpikaaa scanned the battlefield. The little shed-like building that covered the stair access was kinda tall. Tall enough for a rodent to scramble up easily, but a human to have difficultly reaching...
CP did just that, speeding up then vaulting into the sky with ability only everyone's favorite yellow mouse could pull off. He landed on the corrugated roof, slid, and came to rest painfully on his back. But at least nothing could get him up here, and he would have a few moments. Maybe Raven would go after Homunculus instead of him when she realized he was out of reach. The mutant could probably tire her out... _________________ Ohh Shiny.... You know you want to click it...

Homunculus stood there, absorbing all of Raven's painful remarks to his style. Well no DUH! With the low amount of my own cells, this host can only take so much Distort before decaying into mush. However, I still have a trick up my sleeve.
Ignoring Raven's flying kick towards Coolpikaaa, he drained half of the Homunculus cells from his bone arms. For consuming the energy of unnecessary organs was dire in the short-term duel (digestive system, reproduction system, and a few others). Done by shrinking them until became dry packing for the abdominal wall's defense. He then noticed that Coolpikaaa decided to pull a 'Raven', sitting up on his perch for one of the two tires out. I might as well soak that rat!
Slithering the flesh from the arm inside the bone tendrils, he violently launched them at an angle above Coolpikaaa's 'safety zone'. Yet, a peculiar transformation occurred. When right above him, a sharp burst preceded the heavy pink rain that fell down. The armless freak smirked. Bone Storm, a versatile technique that should swallow both of them into a single target. Hopefully that will even the odds.
((Bone Storm: A fast downpour of bone dissolved in bodily fluids (predominantly blood) that overwhelms the target. This fluid mixture quickly becomes an amorphous bone and cartilage wave that not only captures the target to hinder movement, but slowly leeches away their life force upon contact of the flesh. Most of the Homunculus cells in this attack are in bone orbs each with a single sharp point. Which contain high concentrations of iron for the cells to influence the mixture easily, altering the density and strength of the energy drain. Oh, one more thing. Even with the power boost, the host will soon be coughing up blood.)) _________________

Coolpikaaa closed his eyes for a moment to soak up the sun. His plan for the most part seemed to be working, as Raven had yet to try and climb up to his little sanctuary.
But soon, his thoughts of nice weather were again interrupted by the sound of rain hitting the metal roof of his shed. Sparing enough energy to open one eye halfway, he saw not one cloud in the sky, and dismissed the sound of rain as some sort of insect.
But yet, he was getting wet. And it was starting to hurt.
Praying the Dojo hadn't started to rain acid again, he peered around fully. Some sort of red fluid was running down his roof, occasionally pooling against gravity. Even stranger was the fact the liquid constantly stuck out several white barbs, which judging by the burn of the few drops on his chest, was another attempt by Homunculus to burrow into his opponent's bodies. Quickly rubbing at the painful droplets, CP did a sort of dance, trying to avoid the sentient streams, while at the same time, fall right into Raven's lap.
The liquid seemed to be more or less bent on condensing both Raven and Coolpikaaa into a single enemy, and the electric rodent couldn't help but wonder what would happen if it succeeded. Would all of them become one life form or maybe just float around in the pinkish mess until the main body came to finish them off? It was a chilling thought either way.
Hoping his main gimmick would once again work, Coolpikaaa put a paw to the corrugated metal, and sent an electric charge through it. Maybe sheer power worked no matter what state the parasite was in. _________________ Ohh Shiny.... You know you want to click it...

((Speaking of the Dojo raining odd items, why did it stop on the forum?))
At first Coolpikaaa's gimmick seemed to work.
The electric charge invoked another, weaker scream from the free-floating parasite cells that drifted without a bone armor. It produced several areas of the pink blob reverted to a bleach white, signifying the destruction of the muscle and blood within into more basic compounds. It halted its chase of the two. Something did not seem right.
Sharp crackles jolted on parallel side of Raven and Coolpikaaa, the blob was diverting away the energy from itself. Yet how? When the iron became separated from the other organic elements, these metal particles straightened out as numerous red chains by the very same electricity. These in turn attached to the base of the bone spikes, which comprised of iron as well, forming a pathway for the electric attack out of its mass.
By the time Coolpikaaa's countermeasure ended, the blob hurriedly cascaded forward in capture Raven and Coolpikaaa, but still armed the iron chains to redirect another electric attack. _________________

Raven’s eyes narrowed as she watched the flying storm of blood and bone. Cursing while she tried to find some cover, she looked around a bit. However she found no adequate cover in her vicinity. ‘Damn crazy Dojoians!’She thought with an angry “Hrrumph!†out loud. She dodged, once, twice, thrice, but not a fourth time. Her quick fleeted feet were unable to escape a deadly rain.
The sharpened droplets burned Raven’s skin, causing her to hiss and wince. Once more, she cursed. Gritting her teeth, she ran to the only available cover. The shed leading into the building had slight cover, and she pressed herself against the wall while allowing herself a small snigger at the electric rat’s attempt to diffuse the blood-storm.
In the slight cover and lack the painful attack, she noticed her wounds not only burning, but something burying itself inside her. “wash your mouth out! freaks.†She muttered under her breath with a sigh. Thinking quickly, she realised that she had no choice but to use her fire-weaving. It’d cost her, but hopefully it’d be worth it. After all, she didn’t need much energy for the rat. Lighting her hand, she began pressing the smouldering, burning appendage to her wounds. The smell of burning flesh filled the air and she gritted her teeth against the pain. Fire was her element, fire was her element, she would not let this get to her.
The fire burned out her parasites in her skin, but her skin was burned and blistered in places. It would heal, however. As she’d chanted to herself, fire was her element.
While she was at it, Raven decided to make the most of it. Putting her hand in the air as she walked away from the shelter. Flames spread out from her hand in a semi-sphere, causing the remaining blood-storm parts hiss and bounce off of her flaming ... umbrella, of sorts. Her energy draining, she began to walk towards Homunculus. “This is you being serious?†She snorted. “My two year old son could do better than this.†With her spare hand, she flung a fireball at Homunculus.
Encased in the fireball was an air-bubble. Furthermore, within that there was a small dagger laced in sleeping toxin. Homunculus, however, didn’t know that. While she kept a grin from her lips with much effort, Raven began making her way around the roof back to her optimal place between the other two combatants. She avoided the puddles, dropping devouring flames on them as she walked by.
It seemed that her small protection was short lived, however. Just before Raven’s flame hit Homunculus, a strange chain-encased blob appeared out of the remains of the bone-storm. “Goddammit!†Once again, Raven swore. This guy was really beginning to annoy the woman. Releasing her flame-umbrella, she stepped back, looking at the odd...thing. CoolPikaaa’s electricity wouldn’t work on it, her daggers wouldn’t work, maybe her flames but she’d used them so much. Swearing once more under her breath, Raven walked to the edge of the roof.
‘What ever happened to normal people?’ She lamented, thinking of the simple mass-slaughters she used to partake in.
(( On another note, a little story from Jason to spice things up.
"Once upon a time, Raven was walking down the street. Then she made a HUUUUUGE fireball, and threw it at the sun. Then she sun was like "AAAAGH!" and exploded. But for some reason, Raven's fireball became the sun. Which is retarded, but it happened. And why did a fireball destroy the sun anyway?
The End~"
Yeah, you guys think about that. )) |

The sense of glee dislocated his awareness to the fight. This technique, Bone Storm, unleashed nearly at the perfect moment. For a few days, Homunculus destroyed several hosts before understanding it to a fine degree. Utilizing few of his own cells, the hog-sized blob required little motivation from the main for attacking. The instinctual mind-set guided it towards Raven and Coolpikaaa; never straying away of the objective
Raven's approaching fire ball directed his attention, but not common sense. He blocked the blazing orb with a swift, enlarged left leg blocked the attack, instead dodging the obvious trick. The fire left dark scorch marks across the limb. "Hehehe, your flame spell are running dry, aren't they? It's only a matter-*cough, cough, cough*-time."
Homunculus knelt over. He knew now that a toxin entered the leg the moment the host began convulsing by mean of the protruding dagger. Distorting a rib out from his chest, the sharp bone sliced away the infected limb. "Darn-*cough*-you," he murmured under his bloody breath. Turning his head around, he noticed Raven at the edge of the roof. Frustrated again by the second tainted blade; he devised another attack. The last functioning leg splintered into three squirming bony tendrils. They slithered among the indented areas of roof towards Raven by Homunculus's shrill bark within his mind. Their cover should negate some of the heat if they continue moving onwards.
The Bone Storm blob, still perched on the shed's roof, started bubbling as it leaned down. Reading itself for another rain attack to capture Coolpikaaa. Even the chains twisted around in anticipation of an electric strike.
