Tav's RP characters

Well, seeing as, through various actions, most of my old characters were either killed or forgotten, I decided I'd start a whole new batch*. And this time, I -won't- make a character with the same name as my username. That got confusing.

* Even Ashael. She deserves to live on her lake in peace and quiet.

List of characters, a short description of them, and what belt style they'd have if they had one:

Athena: A 'blank slate', so to speak, Athena started out without any abilities or skills, or even history. Chameleon.
Perfection: Perfection's my generic 'fight-fight-fight!' character. Also the spiritual successor to Zerrer Kov'ag. Mantis.
Kraken: Kraken's a spirit that can get into people's heads without them knowing unless they're quite powerful. He's also a controller, and manipulates people into doing things for him. Owl.
Smythel: Smythel's a holy crusader for a group known as the White Chalice. He prefers not to fight, but he still does if he needs to. Tiger
Aedran: Wise-cracking and witty, Aedran's best described as a cross between a swashbuckler and a bard. He can tell a lie more smoothly than he can tell the truth. Fox.

Name:Athena Les'pas
Gender: Female
Race: Psychotopian
Appearance: Athena has long black-blue hair, and stormy grey eyes. She's quite young, but also quite tall.
Abilities: She knows basic fire magic; for she learned it after fighting a goo-monster that was weak to fire.
Personality: For a psychotopian, Athena is quite sane. She's quick at reacting to things, but she doesn't always think things through.
History: Born to a bartender and a waitress, Athena's always wanted to be more glorious. She wants to leave her humble beginnings behind. Her first action as an 'adventurer' was to accidentally be pulled into a random wormhole, and then end up in a desert, fighting a goo-clone. She then wandered the desert for a few weeks, learning fire magic from a nomad. Then she went to the Training Dojo to learn how to use her quarterstaff more.
Notes: (Athena's probably going to become my main character, due to how she evolves every time I use her. She's a 'blank slate', and in every RP, I try to make her develop moreso than my normal characters. I named her after Athena, who sprung full-formed from Zeus's head. (Updated June 26, 2010))

Name:Perfection Negative.
Gender: Male? Female? Who knows?
Race: Unknown\One of a kind
Appearance: Perfection is an androgynous figure that looks fairly human. Their height and grace, however, is very abnormal, and cause the 'uncanny valley' syndrome in true humans. They have smooth, dusky skin, and shockingly white hair. Said hair is in an intricate set of ponytails, deepening to blue at the tips. S/he has pale blue eyes, and long canine teeth. Under their clothing, it is seen that despite their thin frame, they are quite muscled. They usually wear clothing that is nondescript, but in monochrome colors.
Abilities: Perfection wields a duel-ended scythe with an incredible amount of skill. S/he can dance through battle, spinning like a dancer in the theater, and blood follows the wake of their weapon. S/he has little-to-none latent magic powers, but s/he has an encyclopedic knowledge of methods and tactics of magic. S/he also knows almost everything about electronic and technological advances.
Personality: Perfection is quiet and rarely speaks. S/he's very deliberate, and seems to be following some unknown purpose.
History: Perfection was created by a coalition of scientists and magi, working together to create what they called Perfection Positive, a god-like being that would create utopia. The experiment failed, but resulted in Perfection Negative. After expressing despair over the failed experiment, the coalition dumped the failed experiment into the nearest sun. They underestimated the strength and endurance of Perfection Negative, however, and S/he survived in the raw core of the sun for a few years, before the Coalition tried another experiment and failed once again, resulting in a catastrophic chain reaction that vanished that entire reality from existence. Perfection Negative, for unknown reasons, appeared in Blackstar, and started on their mysterious mission.
Notes: (Perfection's just the character that I use when I want to mindlessly fight or tear up the pavement. Expect to see a lot of him/her in the challenge arena.)

Name:Kraken
Gender: N\A
Race: Nightmare
Appearance: As a nightmare, Kraken has no physical shape. Instead, he is a construct of the mind. Think of him as a ghost that haunts minds, rather than old castles.
Abilities: Kraken's main danger is his great amounts of knowledge, gathered from an eternity of living in the minds of some of the most prodigious Magus, scholars, and even military leaders. He's fairly invisible when he first enters a victim, but said victim slowly starts becoming more and more disturbed by nightmares or the corrupting influence that Kraken exudes. If Kraken wishes, he can accelerate this process, turning his host into a mindless, soulless husk of a person. The 'Empty', these husks, can than be directly controlled be Kraken.
Personality: Kraken's personality is not known, due to the fact that everybody who knows him personally has become a Husk, or has died.
Goals: See above.
History: See above.
Notes: (Kraken's ability to transfer through people is so useful and undetectable, that I can just have him show up anywhere. His ability is kind of powerplayish, but when he 'rides' other people, he won't effect them unless I PM you first.)

Name: Smythel
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Appearance: Smythel is a very large man, with tattooes over his face. His golden hair contrasts with his dark orange eyes, and he wears shimmering crystal armor. He always carries a large partisan spear with him, and he's quite skilled with it.
Abilities: Smythel has several abilities, the first and foremost being that of using his spear with nigh-superhuman strength and skill. He has quite a bit of holy magic, and he is also a blacksmith, able to craft armor.
Personality: Smythel's quiet and solemn, and it's hard to get him to do anything unless he's sure it will result in a preferable end.
Goals: Smythel is devoted to, not fighting evil, but redeeming it.
Notes: (This guy's part of the White Chalice, a 'crusader' group that's in Blackstar to eradicate evil. When working with the White Chalice, I'll use this guy.)

Name:Aedran Lol'sthea
Gender: Male
Race: Human.
Appearance: Aedran has tanned skin and blond hair that he usually keeps slicked back. He's about 5'9, and 150. He has a thin frame, but he has thick arms. His pale lips are usually pulled into a smirk, and his blue eyes usually seem like they're sparkling with humor. On his hip lies a sheath, probably with a sword on the inside.
Abilities: Aedran has moderate skills in pretty much everything, but he has a strong love for swordplay, and he's not bad at telling a joke or two.
Personality: Aedran's a trouble-seeker. He's fun loving, boisterous, and very casual towards others, even those outside of his 'power weight-class', such as eldritch abominations, or gods from other planes.
Goals: He wants to have fun, whether it's defying some evil overlord of his prisoners, or whether it's becoming said evil overlord. As for long term goals, he wants to, eventually, finish adventuring and settle down with a nice girl. Or maybe two girls. Three, if he can manage it.
History: Aedran was bored one day, so he walked into a random glowing portal. He ended up in the Evergreen Glades, and then he just kind walked around until he almost got mauled by a Wingless Kihunter. He thought it was a blast, so he decided to stay for awhile.

Description and Physiology:
Ashael is an unusual sight. Her aura is visible, revealing her emotions and essence as a purple transparent cloud. She has a normal human body, but with unusual hair and eyes. Her hair is purple, but it seems to reflect and magnify light. Her eyes are violet, and they usually seem to have small 'snowflakes' dancing around in them. She is 6 feet tall and weighs 145 pounds.

Physical Abilities:
Ashael has average strength, speed and balance. Usually, these are all augmented by her supernatural abilities.

Supernatural Abilities:
Her aura is visible and tangible, giving her some abilities; She can use it to boost her strength even further. She has healed someone before, but it is unknown whether it was directly from her aura or some yet unknown power. She can also use the Aura as either a shield or a very strong yet crude telekinesis, by making the aura physical for a moment. Another ability concerning her aura is the ability to intuitively know someone. Because her aura is tangible, she can use it to Kithe; to read or manipulate another person's essence.
Reincarnation: Ashael is an Archon. What that entails is the ability to live forever, or rather, to come back to life in a different location then the one where she had died.
Blinking: The ability to transport instantly. Has a very very short range; she can only teleport somewhere she can see.

Equipment:
Ashael has a very large amount of numerous equipment. She has a set of gear that will manipulate her aura to achieve various ends, such as protecting her, increasing her strength, or launching spears of kinetic energy.
Handguns: Ashael has her two handguns, which have various qualities, the most noticeable one being that they never run out of ammunition, and the next noticable thing; they can magnetically fire needles at high power
Bike: Ashael's bike not only doesn't require fuel, but it can be morphed into a large rifle that can supposedly fire bullets 'twice the speed of light'. Needless to say, this rifle is very fast and very powerful.
Spacecraft: The 'Templar' was reverse engineered from the craft of one of Blackstar's many invaders; she gave it the rare ability to 'tag along' with her when she teleported, allowing the entire ship to 'blink'.
Cellphone: Ashael's cellphone has a very odd program that allows her signal to get through the various energies and insanities of the blackstar atmosphere without being modified or corrupted too much. It can give her control of her once-computer, but now it's a satellite.
Satellite: Ashael reverse-engineered one of the abandoned Maratix satellites, and then threw her computer into it; allowing her to contact anybody in the Dojo, as well as using various sensory equipment.
Clothing: Ashael wears specially modified gear underneath her clothing. It gives her a set of kinetic armor, advanced strength in both arms and legs, and the ability to distort light. This last, final ability is highly experimental, and will probably fail the moment it activates.
Origin:
Ashael was born in a large planetwide city known as Ea

History:
Ashael was born in Ea to an angel and a human. The governing party of the planet, the Malum'Res, found her as a suitable test subject due to her angelic nature. They injected her with a carrier virus that would modify her very genes. They attempted to turn Ashael into a human. It failed, turning her into an archon. She tried to escape and took the two guns from guards. Then she was killed and appeared above Incantium Lake in Blackstar.

Alignment:
Chaotic Good

Personality:
Ashael is a naturally kind person. Sometimes she can be very dominant and commanding, but only when she sees that something needs to be done. She's become more paranoid, however, due to dangerous events in Blackstar that have traumatized her.

Known Weaknesses:
Ashael is reckless, knowing that she cannot die. She cannot handle being caged up, having spent a long time in captivity.

Allies:
Ashael keeps a small group of acquaintances that she can contact at a moments notice; Blue, Markus and Nynaeve, From the first time she ended up in Blackstar. Angel, Zed, and Kazumaru are also on that list, from Carnevale della Notte Rosa.
