Description: The typical cat-girl of most fantasy stories, though this resembalance is mostly coincidence. All nekos are female, although they have no genitalia (visible or internal). Nekos reproduce through a ritual they refuse to disclose, but is known to be the number one cause of child thefts in hospitals. According to several myths, Nekos, and their brother species Inus, were created by the great god of destruction, Forte.

Culture: Nekos are mostly tribes, with one monarchial tribe (coincidentally in the direct center of Psychotopia) ruling over the rest. This rule is quite uneasy, and large civil wars are known to break out at the drop of a hat.

Religion: The Nekos are monothelogical, worshipping only Forte.
