Description: Created by the spirit Au'Marui to seed the world with insanity, these are a race of people who embrace their eccentricities. However, when their spirit was banished for creating them, they too were banished away to live out their culture in isolation from the rest of the planet they called home. After a rocky start, they finally found a strong leader, who's line of descendents has kept the Republic together for forty centuries. ((Ok, as you see, I'm writing this from their point of view. We all know that it was really one person the entire time, who also happen to be their creator spirit. But they still don't know that))

Culture: Gifted with genius scientist often (Genius and insanity are but a step apart), the Psychotopian's have advanced through the technilogical pathways with startling rapidness. This give them the ability to create pretty much anything they imagine, and the Psychotopian's can imagine some crazy things. Therefore, it is not uncommon to see it raning random things, Chocolate often replaces water in the Public Utility lines, and Ducks are revered as holy beings to be worshipped.

Religion: The Psychotopian's are polytheological, meaning they worship many gods. they also believe that these gods often create spirits to handle the less important roles the Gods do not wish to work. They claim that one of these spirits, known as Au'Marui, created their kind 4000 years ago, and is rumored to walk among them to this day, banished to Earth wtih his people for his misdeeds.
