I've been getting into Podcasting, reading up on it for the podcast I'm still planning, as well as checking out several to see what I like.
One of the one's I've run across is Grammer Girl. This is an excellent podcast to assist in your writing endeavors. After all, when we dig down, we have to face the fact that our RP, while an art in and of itself, is a thinly disguised writing exercise.
I personally listen to the Podcast and have picked up a few tips I could use, so I hope you'll take a listen and see if you can get some hints as well.

All right, time for a new instalment. Last week I gave you a podcast that would help you with your grammar, which if followed would help you communicate your ideas more clearly.
But, pray tell, is the point of being able to communicate idea's clearly if you have none to communicate? So today I have two podcasts to help expand your mind and let you see some of the possibilities of the grand multiverse.
Now the Dojo has no problems with you using generic characters, or characters from some where else. But my experience has been that the best characters are always original works, or twists on popular mythologies and cryptozoologies.
So, what if you hit writers block? It happens to the best of us, after all. But don't fear, here at the Dojo, there is no shame in borrowing some one's work and twisting it, so long as credit is given.
So, with some works to consider, I give you two sites.
The first is a great place to look for audio drama (think old school radio shows). www.darkerprojects.com has a bunch of various podcasts, all of which are well written and professionally produces. Not a bad place to shop for ideas.
Another is a video podcast. www.strangerthings.tv is a regularly produced series of Sci-Fi anthologies. Basically its a series of short stories played out on video. The development cycle is slow, but the stories are great, and usually well played out. Definately a place to check for ideas.
Right now I'm looking at some others for you, but I'm not sure when I'll have more podcasts to help your RP. Until next time: Try not to just think outside the box, try to think in a different universe as the box. _________________

By the way, I'd love feedback, both positive and negative. I'd also welcome others to post podcasts they'd think people can learn from here.
Just a note. _________________

Aww, I was hoping I'd get to hear DP's voice.
On another note, I plan to listen to each of these podcasts tonight |

I misunderstood RP to mean Radio Play for some reason, and since I'm in the midst of writing one, I was all like 'Yes I need some of this'
I am sorely disappointed. _________________ Shaon Galatea -- Artist | Musician | Radio DJ | Voice Actor | Writer |

Context is vital, y'know. For instance, if this was a language about the English language, you might expect RP to mean Received Pronunciation.
I want to learn RP someday just to sound even more British than I already do. The Brit-virus shall spread and consume all!
Back to the topic, yeah, this is just external podcasts. The planned Blackstar podcast will likely be awesome if and when it actually happens. _________________ This is a signature that states a new signature shall be coming at some point in the future.
