I'm back! Not sure how often I'll be online, or how often I'll post but it's a start if you'll still take me. *bows* (5 midterms and 1 final, and the knowledge you still have 2 midterms left can make you rather... unwell.  )
And yes, it's all CP's fault. jk  It'll be nice to get back into some writing again.
As for memberships... errr... I'm rather at a loss as to whether I'm still welcomed in the groups or not, so if someone could clear that up as well, that'd be lovely. 
Edit: As for those who don't know me, I was formerly a very active member here before I disappeared because of school and computer/internet problems and just life in general. You may call me Mits, or Mitsu if you like, and I am a pretty approachable person.

Welcome back Mitsukai 
You're still on the Evil Council's memberlist, so feel free to drop by the private forum sometime to say hi to everybody there, and the Guardians are getting a bit of a reboot by GBE, so if you're still interested in them just give him a PM (or you could just forget about them and wholly devote yourself to your beloved Council  ).
It's still somewhat quiet around here, but there's a few reasonably active RP threads going. The two I've got links for in my sig are both pretty easy to get into having only just recently gotten going (though I'm a little biased about Cave Slickers, as I'm running that myself ), but if those aren't to your liking then I'm sure that others will drop by to suggest other threads for you to check out (or you could just look around yourself).
