I said to myself once that I would not say anything about inactivity on Blackstar unless I logged on one day and there were no new posts.

That day was today.

I know, I know, people are busy with school and finals and whatnot, but Blackstar is a populous website. Is it really possible that everyone is busy but me? Am I just that much of a loser, or are people simply not taking this as seriously as they used to?

Input, please, if I'm being a 'tard tell me, but I'm feeling a little desolate. Where is everyone?

Personally, I've just been doing the Blackstar in DS update for over an hour. Uploading pics, typing up what's going on whilst trying to keep an eye on them takes up a lot of time, you know Razz.

... and no, you're not the only one with nothing to do right now. You probably know how bored I am, though for me it is ten to two in the morning right now XD.

I would start an RP but I don't know how to start it, if you get my meaning Confused. Damn complicated multiverse *starts grumbling about certain characters and items within the Consortium*

My brain's burned... Lack of sleep + pouring all my brain power into a series of short stories + social life + spring fever = ... uh...

I log on to find no new messages all the time, but I guess that's what I get for living on the wrong side of the world Wink

Seriously though, I've been meaning to get into some more stuff, but it's a bit of a balancing act. I'd been neglecting Haysu pretty badly up until a couple of days ago, so I've been putting in a bit more effort over there.

Then before I can move things about too much here, I've got some character development story to get working on (Apocalypso). I might actually go and finish that up now, I had a bunch of different endings to it but I recently decided that there was one I really liked and wanted to go with.

I've got optional ((read; compuslary)) tests next week, so what little activeness might dwindle.

Sorry~

Hmm... this is unfortunate.

I understand 3kul and Swixxorz, of course, (call me biased Razz ) . I get everyone else's plights too.

Another thing is that most rps are now in the wilds. Part of this makes a lot of sense due to its convenient INclusivity and location, but it's getting slightly monotonous.

I'd like to start making rps, but I don't because they all involve either world-shaking events (as if we don't have enough of those already) or parties (since the world is falling to pieces, this hardly seems like the time). Then there's the Pumpkin Patch, which I still wait for on the edge of my seat.

I guess part of the reason is that I start to miss people that disappear for a while and become lax in my activity as well. Ah, such a bizarre time in our lives this seems to me.

My cure? The Pumpkin Patch. I think it's going to be such fun, everyone will come back (except those who have left permanently).

How to start the Pumpkin Patch? Finish DoaG. Do we have ourselves a mission?

I just returned from a stint of failing Algebra, so I couldn't really be that active, and even then, most of my time is spent working on Desdemonism (come on guys, just because it isn't DH doesn't mean it sucks, Desdemonism can totally hold its own once it gets started) and, oh dear god, rewriting the rewritten bits of DH (not that much, I swear, and I'm totally going to send this steamroller of editing through TFT, too).

I agree with you, Chronos. The Narrator emphatically stated that until Death of a God was finished, the Pumpkin Patch would remain on haitus. TreeSprite and company are very occupied people who juggle between parenting, homeschooling, working to pay the bills and maintain a wee bit of sanity before tax season strikes again. So, mayhaps we work on rounding out DoaG slowly but with a conclusion in mind before chirruping "Start sending in the pumpkins please!"

I've just been on holiday to Aus. And before that (even now, sadly), I've been in a bit of a creativity rut. Most of what I have is being poured into my fleet, on the count of I have basically no idea what's happening here any more and my fleet kinda needs me to post or the whole thing shall die. Razz

My life officially runs contrary to any and all logic - when I technically have plenty of free time I'm never able to get anything done but when I have something eating up my time I seem to achieve more. (And I swear it's not because I waste time when I have plenty of it, because when I'm wasting time I do things like go on Blackstar and that's what I can't get done lately.)

The last couple of weeks I've officially been doing nothing except playing house wife (and with a 2 person flat that shouldn't take too long) and yet I never seem to find time to do anything much else, plus I unexpectedly ended up in Milan recently.

But I'm trying to get back on track and hopefully will be much more active around here (not to mention Creaturetopia which I've been neglecting horribly) from now on.

To be honest, I think I might fade away from here soon.

I log on every week or two weeks to check on things and see what new has been posted. However, I haven't had anything to say so I haven't said anything. I also check the items to see if anything new or interesting has been added to it, but nothing ever is, so I haven't had anything to comment or add on that front, either.

It's harder to be active on a forum where there's little activity than one where there are frequent and interesting posts. If there were some more rps or people around I might find it easier to find my tongue.

Well, it seems like everyone is partly to blame, myself included (I've got a notebook full of items for the store on my desk Embarassed ). First things first, though. DoaG should really be taking precedence on Blackstar right now. Lordship, I'm ready when you are. Others in the rp who aren't at all influenced by Lordship and I in the cave, however, may have some catching up to do. Perhaps I've missed something, but when is the last time the thread creator has posted?

I am afraid I have never been a frequent visitor to this place and I can not see that I shall change my ways in the near future. There is simply too much to my life outside of this wondrous realm to allow me to devote much time to it. Rest assured however that had I the hours to while away in such a place here is where I should choose to do it.
