The Evil Council vs. The Felbeast: 4 vs. 4 battle.

((While you two groups argue over it, I remembered that a Judge starts the contest, not the groups involved...and as that's Me and Danikat))

Deep underground, through a labyrinth of caves, passages, and flooded tunnels, lies the Cavern. This massive room is about 200 ft high, and about 300 ft round (roughtly). Around the edges stalagtites hang from the ceiling, each one giving a successive "drip drip drip" of water down to matching stalagmites down below them. Some of these Stalagtites-Stalagmite pairs have grown to the point where they have fused, but mosts remain a good ways apart There are also 12 passages along the wall, 11 of which lead to a maze, all twisting and connecting, but leading nowhere. 1 is different, it has a door in it that leads outside, a heavy titanium alloy door meant to seal in the competitors until the fight is over.

Over the center of the main Room hangs the judges pod - where Danikat and DP sit protected, each with a good view of the room below, and thanks to hidden cameras and HUD system, a good view of the outlying cave passages too.

Both groups enter through the main gate, which closes behind them, and each departs to the opposite end of the main room, each one to wait the start of the battle. From the judge's pod a buzzer sound, and the fight begins.

Goodrik steps into the cold dark stage. Goodrik grabs a rock and deformed it a carbon atoms and reformed it into a hard, sharp katana. Goodrik then ventures further into the maze.

((I thought we were waiting for Zerrer? Oh well.))

KC11 stepped into the arena, currently in human form. She squinted her eyes, being unable to see in the dark. She searched through her mind to find any sort of creature that could both glow in the dark and breath out of water. She found none.

Oh well.

She felt around, intent on grasping onto a wall. Instead, she grabbed something squishy. She quickly realised that she had grabbed Goodrik's arm, and had probubly scared the shyke out of him.

Mantynor sighed as deeply as he could as he heard KC11 and Goodrik grope in the dark. He drew his Corrupted glass longsword, it glowed faintly, giving almost no light off. Not for the first or last time, Mantynor regretted not being near the Doom. Still, he did have a light source. Pointing the blade straight in front of him, he summoned a ball of dark magic. It was an ironic fact of life that dark magic, despite being 'dark', gave off light. The surrounding area illuminated itself with a deep pulse of light. He called, quietly so as to not alert enemies, to KC11 and Goodrik,

"You two, stay nearby, the warlord still needs to arrive. Keep quiet!"

[KC11]

KC walked over to the faint glow. Her face was partically illuminated.

Once she got into her dragon form, she knew she would have to breathe lightning several times if their light ever went dim. Not now though. That would cause quite a commotion, and Zerrer would not be happy at all.

She grumbled under her breath and looked at her nails. She wanted to fight. But paticence was a virtue.

Goodrik though It would he nice to have Henry:) here so then they can get some real lighting, he schemes of way to get lighting. It finally came to him to mix hydrogen and oxygen and that would make some sort of light, not realizing the consequences he parted from KC11 and Mantynor. There was a pool of water eleven meters away from KC11 and Mantynor, Goodrik put his hands into the water, and then there was a huge BANG! and a large burst of light.

(gods, where the helk are Zerrer/the EC? I wanna fight! )

"You IDIOT!" KC whispered harshly. "You complete and utter IDIOT! Now the EC is going to swarm around us like moths to a porchlight."

"A literal porchlight." muttered a small voice in KC's backpack.

KC swung her backpack off, reached inside it, and pulled out her light elemental, Narc. He gave off a small glow.

"Well, I was going to reprimend you for stowing away, but I guess you could be useful." said KC. She waved Narc around a little to see if any EC members would come rushing at her.

Goodrik after his unfortunate mishap is laying unconscious in a pool of blood with cut to his head, and a severe burn to his chest. He waits for teammate to revive him or his enemies to finish him.

[Zerrer]

Zerrer walked into the caverns, grinning. He barked out several commands, expecting them to be obeyed immediately.

"KC. Spider form, and get on the roof."

"Goodrik, hide behind that boulder and focus your chaos. You'll need it to incapacitate any magic thrown at us."

"Mantynor, protect me while I enchant the cavern." . In order for the enchantment to be as potent as possible, he needed to focus completely on it and couldn't watch out for himself.

Zerrer started drawing signs in the dirt. Signs for protection, strength, and other helpful enchantments.

KC was about to turn spider form, but then she stopped. She currently had an extra pair of legs as she walked, with difficulty, over to Zerrer.

"Uh, I think something happened to Goodrik." said KC awkwardly. "I heard this huge bang, and I didn't see him again."

"I'll go check." said Narc, speeding off. KC became spider form and started climbing the walls. Her spider form looked roughly like a very large tarantula, but she had decided to add a bit of creative zing to it. As a result, the tarantula now spouted large horns and purple hairs, with a third cluster of eyes on top of her head.

[Zerrer]

Perspiring heavily, Zerrer didn't hear KC's words. He continued with his Runic and softly murmured it under his breath.

[KC11]

Narc made his way over to Goodrik. He looked pretty bad. A pool of blood had collected around him.

There was nothing Narc could do. He was only a minor elemental, and so could not lift something as heavy as a human. He was also a light elemental, not an earth elemental, and so had no healing powers. Right now, the only purpose he had was to be a lamp for KC and the rest of the Felbeasts.

But where were the EC?

KC crawled on the roof, searching for any signs of traps. She found a dead, but still juicy, fly and swallowed it, getting some minor energy. She explored the roof and found no traps.

This was odd. Very odd. Surely there would be something. She stopped and looked around, waiting for an EC member to spring at her.

Nothing.

This was very odd indeed.
