I meant to write this yesterday - but well, time got away from me.

Another year passed. This hasn't been Blackstar's greatest year, but it's been good. We've had several accomplishments, including a rework of the main Blackstar theme (Hello Shalim!), a new stores system (including the ever elusive usable items), and the new world map. I'd love to take credit for this, but most of the work has been Embri's, so it seems.

There have been the RP's. We mustn't forget the reason we are here in the first place. We have had many RP's, great and small. Heck, I've even died this past year! Plus we've had exploding Volcanoes (plural), weird diseases, random bombings, Lost ripoffs (note that our new world map includes several islands), and corporate defections.

This year has also had it's funny moments. Watching the Hackstar plot go on whilst we were doing the theme redesign was awesome.

Then there has been the people. Unfortunately, it seems this year we were saying goodbye as much as we were saying hello. Right now we have 215 Users listed, but only 44 who have visted in the last month. We have 50 people as users who haven't even visited since our last Dojo Founding Day!

So, I have a program I'm starting. It's simple. I want every one get one (1) person to join the Dojo. And make sure they get active. Think, if everyone does it, we will have 88 active members.

Otherwise, I think it's been a great year

Friends which met through the Creatures Community website years ago and could not forget those glorious old days when times changed. We attempt to mimic a time when we were young and cyberspace was a saf and silly place for intelligent and thoughtful people designed objects, told stories and exchanged ideas. How successful this emulation is remains debatable. Yet we still maintain this torch from our past, even now.
