What things can you do to get banished?

We've haven't had many banishments here at the Dojo, but here's what has gotten people banished in the past.

• Hacking into another user's account - When this happened, someone hacked into a moderator's account to grant themselves ungodly amounts of ...Not Cool.
  
  
• Continued Disrespect even after warnings - This person was generally a pain, but being our mandate was to help people grow as RP'ers, we worked with him. And worked with him. And in general, he'd take our advice, and tell us where we can shove it. 'Tis a sad case, but we can't help people who are convinced they know everything and we are dumb. It didn't help his case when he said "Make me an Admin or I'll set up a hack attack against Blackstar"
  
  
• Letting a banned person share your account. - I tend to think it was an account created by a banned person. But as I couldn't prove that and could prove at the very least the user was letting a banned person share his account, that was what the reason for banishment was.
