3kul uses the Party Blower on Mitsukai, but misses completely and has to settle for tickling the empty air.

EDIT: Oops, I am sorry everyone. I, the Blackstar Foundation, have made a mistake and so the above statement is totally wrong. Here is what should have happened:

3kul uses the Party Blower on Mitsukai, resulting in the GREATEST THING EVER happening (also, fireworks!). Everybody is amazed and impressed, and they all agree that 3kul's is the best birthday gesture of all.

EDIT: Oops, I again am Sorry. I, the REAL Blackstar Foundation, have made another mistake and so the above statement is again totally wrong. Here is what should have happened:

3kul uses the Party Blower on Mitsukai, but misses completely and has to settle for tickling the empty air. Then out of nowhere, an admin swoops down only to be swiftly defeated by 3kul. Better luck next time, admin Wink
