About GBE's lack of being around :(

Right, now, err, how do I say this...

I haven't been able to get in contact with GBE for a while, however he just e-mailed me yesterday and to cut a long story short, he'won't be around for a long time. His exact words were 'please tell them my return will be eventual' (If we're lucky, it'll be in June). He's got college then hopefully for him uni coming up and is spending time with his partner, which is understandably taking up a lot of time. He's also playing WoW more (now I understand why the other LARPer I know hates that game, it really is taking good RPers away...) now so he won't have time for any more RP's at Blackstar, and from the sounds of it he has little free time that isn't eaten up by something.

I'm sure if you've got his e-mail he wouldn't mind still talking to people but yeah, he probably won't be around for several months at the very least, though my pessimistic side thinks a year is more likely.

Damn it, I need a new rival/worst enemy/best friend RPer now

As you may know, GBE was our Chameleon Sensei. So this really puts in a bind. So I've made the decision I've been putting off.

As of now, the Ranking Chameleon is now the Chameleon Sensei. For those out of the loop, this would be Swix.

As sad as the event is, I hope that you will help me congratulate her for her new position.

Personally I'm just glad to hear that he's doing okay and hasn't forgotten us altogether .

Congrats on the promotion too Swix, I can't imagine anybody else being able to pull of the chameleon style quite as well as you or GBE, so it's no surprise to see you getting the job in his absense.
