So...yeah. Name explains it all.

I'm thinking of starting a Dojodian Podcast, which basically consists of me jabbering on about stuff, such as

Policy changes and such at the Dojo
New sites to the Blackstar System
New feature updates
Events of notice
Active RP's and their synopsis
Possibly call ins from Dojo Celebrities (?)

So, am I completely out of my mind, or what?

Seems a good idea. That said, if you were to do it then some of it would end up being your general thoughs on why we need to send you pocky for various reasons.

Hone the presentation skills, refine the enjoyment of the hobby of maintaining this site, allowing the Dojo populace to keep up-to-date without having to jack into the site and spend upwards of an hour trying to figure out what they've missed. Sounds promising.

I just have an idea to further expand....

How about a Blackstar TV? We could all add our news and possibly if we have some animators out there shorts.Occasionally there could be a short on a certain item and also even a few of the recent pictures form our artists.

Even people with not that much artistic talent could send in a one frame ad for their store made in paint for whoever cares.

Am I out of it too?

Sounds cool to me... But if you're just starting a broadcast of any kind, perhaps a podcast is a better idea than TV, no?

I'd start with a Podcast and see how popular it gets, then possibly expand into a Blackstar TV type affair. Conquer one type of medium, then move on to the next later Wink

I'm going to make a first episode soon, though without a call in I think (I might try something, but I'm not sure of how it will work).

The schedule I'm looking at is to make a 5-10 Minute audio work every week to every fortnight.

I'd happen to agree with everyone, CP. Though your idea has merits, I feel we'ed need to see how this audio podcast idea works out first before we start trying to do that kind of thing.
