I was under the impression that the filters were going to be changed back and that the whole affair was going to be a ten minute, at most, affair and then be completely reversed so no visible damage was caused, and be brief and non-intrusive to anyone else on the Dojo.

Then again, I'm mostly disappointed in myself. I saw that people were starting to notice the changes and rather than actually own up and set things straight, I just decided to stand back and let everyone continue as they were.


The whole thing was a huge abuse of power, and so I'll be leaving this post up for one or two days. Then, it's a case of either disbanding the Power Apathy Party with immediate effect and closing its associated subforum, or figuring out something else.

Please. You made a mistake - it's not the end of the world.

I felt that the second word filter plot in one week was a tad much though - so I decided to fix the security breach that allowed it. I should have done it years ago, actually.

Yeah, when I made that post I somewhat overreacted. I made a mistake and I won't be making it again any time soon. (I wouldn't be able to because you've fixed the exploit, but the principle is still the same. >_>)

Nothing extreme or at all will be happening concerning the Party. And we're all a little wiser and better people... I should hope, anyway. >_>
