((I apologise for my dissapearance, I went to disneyland and didn't have access to a computer. But I'm back now, and if anyone cares, i'll keep roleplaying.))

Fen snorted, shaking slightly at the pain, but he stopped bucking and looked up. "I can deal with myself." He growled, slowly letting himself fade back into a human. The baggy pants became baggy again, only torn slightly from his bulkier form. The moment he could turn enough to do so, Fen reached back and ripped the knife out of his flesh, casting it aside and grunting. "Damn hunters. Looks like he didn't get anybody else though." He growled, looking up at him, unconcious in the tree. As he finished his transformation, hje tightened his pants and shook his head, sweeping his wiry hair out of his face. He scratched at his chin, the switch to his other form bringing about a sudden growth of stubble he had gotten used to. "Allright. Now tell me why you came out here and made yourself a target, you don't seem like an idiot." He asked.

"Why thank you, I don't like to think of myself as idiots, but in my experience most of his type is" Blackfoot noted, pointing non-chalantly at the stranded hunter.

"They see me and assume I'm another were-beast - which as you should know most weapons effective against you don't do jack to me. So I thought I'd play pided piper and lure him out of your way and deal with him on my own terms."

Fen sniffed, looking back up at the hunter. "True. I can't say I know exactly what you are though. Some kind of statue beast?" He grunted, not worrying about insulting him. "Anyway, it's at least good he's out of the way now. I can't say I couldn't have dealt with him myself, but I'm not sure about the others. They seemed a little less well equipped for battle." he said rudely, crossing his arms.

"Close, friend. My type are more commonly known as Gargoyles. We are not really stone, persay, just stone-skinned. I would have to say that having stone skin does help when they are trying to stab you with a silver dagger - it appears that you couldn't say the same."

"How about this. We go back to the tavern, and you can explain to me the employment opportunities of this place in the middle of no where."

Fen's lip twitched at the dagger statement, but he decided to let it pass. "i suppose it would definately come in handy, everything probably bounces right off of you." He said, ignoring the bleeding wound in his side. "Well, we can go back to the tavern if ya like, but so far I havn't found any jobs as of late. Other than pulling plows, that is, but that doesn't seem like your kind of work." He muttered, turning and beginning to walk off.

Yoli got off the ground where she had fallen when she'd leaped at the hunter, glaring for a moment at the leaving gargoyle and wereboar, she seethingly called out,

"I'm fine, by the way. Thanks for asking and noticing me." grumbling about, 'humanised-lycans-that-are-absolutely-no-good-at-being-anything', she padded over to her bundle of clothes, and changed back to her human form. Her fur retreated, claws shrank into fingernails, and paws changed to hands and feet. She pulled her dress back on, and fastened her cloak on hastily, before bounding back towards the two other lycans. Other lycans were hard to find, and sane ones harder, she wasn't about to leave the only people she could ever consider friends.
