[Closed Bug] Open reported posts count includes closed ones.

If this isn't the stupidest bug ever I don't know what is.

Open is mutually exclusive to closed.

At the bottom of a moderators/administrators screen, there is a "There is 1 open reported post", link. However, the reported post is closed. This should be an easy SQL fix.
