Mr. Brick is mildly suprised to realise his attack actually worked. What passes for his brain registers that Nexus is still standing but appears damaged and he begins to circle around him as he contemplates his next move.

Danikat was suprised by Nexus' statement, unsure of what he hoped to achieve. "If you want the match stopped I can certainly call him off, but if that was supposed to be a threat you're wasting your breath. Golems are built to follow orders and nothing else and I don't recall ever ordering him to be intimidated. As for me I don't care if you destroy him. I'll be impressed if you can manage it but his demise is no great loss to me. The magic of the Training Dojo created him and it can create many more if need be."

((Incidentally its a very minor point but think about your punctuation: If Nexus was shouting that sentance should really have an exclaimation mark at the end.))

Fortunately for Mr. Brick the space between the two combatants gave him time to react to the attack. He brought his arm up across his chest and smacked Nexus' arm with the back of it, hoping to block his attack and push his arm away.

Though Mr.Brick smacked one arm away the other was still heading towards him, fortunately the blow from Mr.Brick rob it of some force.

((Slight continuity error here: You said in a previous post that Nexus' left arm had been dislocated for the remainder of the battle. I don't know if you've ever had a dislocated arm but I can assure you that if you had you wouldn't be in any hurry to lift it and definately wouldn't be using it to slash someones throat out. (Well, I'd hope you wouldn't do that in real life anyway, but you know what I mean.)

Unless Nexus has some sort of ability to allow him to ignore pain, which I don't see in his profile, and is willing to risk damaging that arm further, he shouldn't be able to use it.))

When Mr.Brick blocked his arm attack, Nexus lash out with his feet aiming were a knee would be.

With Mr. Brick's back already damaged his balance was less than perfect and the knock to his legs caused him to stumble backwards, raising his arms into a defensive pose as he tried to get himself upright again. (Or as close to upright as possible.)

Using this advantage Nexus lashes out again this time aiming at the stomach.

Mr. Bricks arms were still raished to protect his chest and with Nexus so close he didn't have time to react to the sudden lunge. Nexus' claws sliced through his stomach. Between the slash in his back and this new one in front only a thin layer of plastic was left in the middle, unable to support the weight of his head and shoulders Mr Brick's body folder slowly over until the back of his head was almost touching his ankles.

"Very nice!" Danikat said, jumping down from her seat in the corner. "Mr. Brick, STOP." She commanded the golem who was attempting to balance on one foot sufficently well to kick Nexus with the other.
"It appears Nexus that you have bested my golem. What happens now is up to you. I can find a more challenging sparing partner for you, or you can go out into the world and find one for yourself."

((This is actually a pretty unusual result. In most real RP battles no one will actually win, the battle is usually interrupted by something else going on near by. But after that attack I couldn't really justify Mr. Brick blocking it so it was the only feasiable result.

As my character said what happens now is up to you. I'd say you're more than ready to join in with real RP's if you want, but you're welcome to continue with practice matches as well or instead if you wish.))
