I would like to be trained in General RPing and for roleplaying with dragons effectively. I've made my character so that shouldn't be a problem.

Heh... I offer my services as a general sparring partner, but if you're looking for specifics in RPing dragons, I'm not the one to ask.

Alright I think I'll wait before I starting to learn General RPing in case someone who teaches RPing with dragons comes along.

A short way away from the Training Dojo, what appeared to be a lump in the ground began to rise. It kept going until it seemed to be impossibly high for the earth to stay together, at which point it broke off and tumbled down the neck of the large creature emerging from the underground.

A long, serpentine head was the first to show itself in clarity, and on this head there were two sets of large horns. One pair in the normal place a dragon would have them, and another set behind the ears, slightly shorter than the first though both were pointing backwards. Bright red eyes that burned with an inner fire blinked in the sunlight as they worked rapidly to adjust themselves to the change in lighting.

The head and long neck was soon followed by a sinewy body, supported by four strong legs and cruel, curved claws on the ends of her toes. A pair of long but narrow wings were currently flattened to her back, and from the back of her head running all the way down were many spikes along the spine. These continued even as the tail emerged, until they became close to the tip where they were lost in the mass of spikes that surrounded there.

This dragon had shimmering black scales running across almost her entire body, bar underneath her and under her wings, where they were red. Ebony turned her head on her long neck to look at the hole in the ground she'd made, as black smoke rose constantly from her nostrils. 'Au'Marui may not like this' the female thought 'I shall have to fill it in later'.

Ebony turned again, attempting to adjust her eyes so she could watch the skies for the new arrival. Another dragon as old as she was meant to be coming soon, and the Dark Fire Dragon Elder was looking forward to it.

A roar was heard throughout the area. Slowly a dragon was walking towards the designated training area. His dark blue scales glowing in the sun. As Veneno walked his tail swung in the air from the already heating up adrenaline. As the large Falling Star Dragon walked the ground below him shook with every step.

A few small cracks had appeared in the ground eerily forming a skull. Veneno scoffed as two birds fell down, unconscious from touching Veneno's poison-coated scales. He looked forward as the mighty FS Dragon bowed to the black dragon waiting for him.

"I'm here sensei" Veneno waited and sat down. He slowly felt the poison seeping from his tail as he felt his body heat up. For sure Veneno would have quite a challenge from this black dragon.

Veneno stood calmly as Ebony's voice rang in his head. he wasn't fazed by this, knowing that every dragon species had their own unique strengths and powers.

"I would like to know what dragon species you belong to sensei" Veneno respectfully asked. As the question was asked, Veneno got himself into a combat ready stance.

"You may make the first move sensei" Veneno roared and his wings flapped, Veneno felt that itch to attack first but he was honorable and he would wait.

Ebony's reptilian mouth twitched, as though she wanted to smile in that draconic way the mythical beasts did, bared fangs and all. The females tail swished back and forth behind her, the mass of spikes on it's carving grooves in the ground.

Their method of communication to arrange this meeting had admittedly been rather primitive. A younger, smaller member of her kind had been sent to meet with Veneno and relay the messages between the two. What she had not told him was that their blind Seer, a male by the name of Coro had already foreseen the other dragons coming. Ebony had had only to listen to Coro's insane ramblings.

The black and red dragon opened her jaws, a great puff of black smoke escaping from her muzzle as she did so to answer Venenos first question.

"I am a member of the species called the Dark Fire Dragons. We dwell beneath the surface of the earth, near the heat of the core where few other creatures can survive" Ebony said, proud of her race and proud that she belonged to it. "Veneno, tell me before we begin, what species you belong to? My kind is not native to these parts, and I do not recognise yours"

The Elder might have been making him wait longer, but if truth be told Ebony was curious. Following his lead, the mythical reptilian stood in a more alert rather than proud position, with her head lower to the ground and her vicious looking tail higher.

"Answer this one question and we shall begin"

((Okay, did you see what I did just there? This may be only training but I've added a bit of storyline for you, as you did for me when you called Ebony 'sensei'. At times like this, don't be afraid to add a little storyline.

Just be wary of doing it when there is no need. It's not too hard to pick up ))

Veneno smiled with his fangs showing the bit of blood that had dried. His tail swished back and forth, Veneno nodded as his tail flicked to release some of the excess poison. The particular poison that was thrown landed to the left of Veneno and promptly left a small hole.

"I'm of the Falling Star Dragons or to some species, the Ryuusei Dragons, we of the Ryuusei live in deep forests filled with poisonous plants and other vegetation." Veneno calmly stated as his started to run. He charged at Ebony only to turn left and launch into the sky. Veneno smiled as his wings flapped, keeping him suspended in the air.

"Sensei shall we start?" Veneno spat a bit of a random poison which landed onto the ground with a hissing sound.

Ebony watched the blue dragon charge at her before he promptly veered to his left, her right. If they had not yet agreed that their spar wouldn't begin yet, the Falling Star Dragon may have found himself in a bit more trouble. As it was, Ebony let him pass. From his eagerness she could already tell he must be young for his kind.

Ebony herself was the oldest of the female Dark Fire Dragons, that was why she carried the title of Elder. No-one knew exactly how long a Dark Fire Dragon could live, or even if they died naturally at all, but she did know that they never stopped growing.

Ebony sent as she turned her long neck to watch him with her blazing red eyes. Ebony turned her massive form around and opened her wings, darkening the ground and trees beneath her. They were obviously narrow for a creature of her size, but they were also longer than one might have expected.

Ebony let loose a bellowing roar that shook the ground, her large muzzle opened wide with the force of it.

~We begin~

The Elder said, leaping off the ground in a powerful bound as she brought her large wings down in a single beat. The tips brushed the surface of the earth once before she was airborne and heading for Veneno. Her jaws opened opened once again, this time releasing a powerful jet of fire hot enough to melt rocks at her student.

[Ryuusei]

Veneno grunted as the huge ball of flame was soaring towards him. 'Damn' Veneno winced as he tried to dodge it but his tail was caught in the fire. His tail, instead of dark blue, was even darker now thanks to the burned scales. Veneno roared and spat a moderate amount of poison in Ebony's direction.

Veneno looked away and flew a few feet away from Ebony.

Ebony closed her mouth, letting the flames within die down. After they'd missed the dark blue dragons main body, she'd been disappointed to see that it'd still hit his tail. That should have been relatively easy to dodge, although as the Elder was about to send her thoughts of what he'd done to him, the Falling Star Dragon had provided an even better way for her by spitting the poison at her.

The Elder couldn't turn, she wasn't yet high enough off the ground to not damage her wing if she tilted, and she most certainly couldn't go down. So, Ebony flapped hard, pulling herself up higher as the globule of poison came towards her front. The female just managed to clear it, suffering a few droplets of the liquid on her front, and causing her red and black underscales to hiss and emit a terrible smell.

After only briefly considering the pain, Ebony saw that Veneno was attempting to fly faster away from her, so the Elder pursued. Now though, she was far higher in the sky than she had been earlier.

~Good. Your aim is good but your evasion needs improvement, let's work on that. Show me what you would do when an enemy is above you rather than behind~

Ebony sent, before she opened her muzzle and let loose another fireball at veneno.

((The only problem with that was that originally that was a jet of fire, like a flamethrower. But I'll let you get away with that for the sake of learning .

A bit more description in your posts would be good however, for example how you tried to evade the attack (veer to the side, flew up, flew down etc) and why it still caught your tail (was it brought up to shield the rest of your body?)would have been great. ))
