I seem to remember fairly early on this place seemed to sort of suck people in of its own accord. They usually ended up falling out the sky somewhere out in the plains outside Psychotopia. And I don't recall that hole/warp portal/whatever it was ever actually being closed down.

My 'excuse' is that most of my warp portal transportations (Kumo, most notably) happened when the warp core in Psychotopia was moved to Blackstar, causing disruptions all over the multiverse.

Mough, One Mistake/Kumo Scary, and Kumo Jinrui all took use of these.
