NAME: Shot Longshadow

RACE: Composite Body Strigoi (Dark)[Undead]

CLASS: Infernal Swordsman

APPEARANCE: Tall, Dark, Gruesome. Shot is tall and extremely muscular (think Frankenstein’s Monster big) with pale gray skin. His features are all hard, and his long, black, greasy hair is always a mess. He likes to hide his face beneath the hood of his black holocaust cloak. Shot’s shadow never becomes any less long, and is constantly huge and bulbous.

HISTORY: In his life, Shot was a merciless soldier for hire, who was struck down in the field of battle. On his last breath he sold his soul to dark lord Absynthe for eternal life, in exchange for eternal servitude. Absynthe saw his potential, and granted him a completely new undead body made of hypercompressed dark matter from the chaos streams that flow between worlds, impervious to all elements. Absynthe however stripped him of all semblance of human emotion and feeling, ripping his soul into pieces and killing much of it, leaving only that which he found useful. Shot’s soul operates his body from afar, now, much like a remote controlled car. Absynthe then partnered shot with his servant Ale and sent him on a mission: to retrieve the lost shard of his sword, Glass, and use it to release Absynthe into new worlds for him to conquer.

ABILITIES: Shot is a complete tank of a character, almost completely maxed on attack and defense, and boasting an impressive speed score as well. Shot however has no mana, and almost no intellect.His composite body is superhard and superdense (meaning he’s real fuckin heavy, and cant float), and being comprised of dark matter is completely impervious to the four elements (Earth, Air, Water, Fire). Shot however still fears the primal force of Dragonfire. Shot is also vulnerable to holy based attacks, especially healing spells. That said, his body has no real organs per se, instead being more akin to a mixture of a vampire and a golem: even cutting off his head will not kill him, but he cannot regenerate, instead he needs to stick lost parts back on like an action figure. As a Strigoi it is possible to kill him with a holy lance though the graveyard soil where he is buried, but his real corpse is floating in the chaos streams, protected by Absynthe. He is weak to sunlight, and while it will not cause him to burst into flame, it will fatigue him greatly and slow him down, as well as blind his sensitive eyes. Almost all of his battle abilities are derived by his sword, Glass.

BOONS:
Dark Master Blade: Glass
A simply massive broadsword nearly as tall as Shot himself is, completely made of glass. The Glass that Shot Carries is actually a piece of the giant actual Glass, which Absynthe carries. In many ways, Glass wields Shot, not the other way around, as Glass is conscious and Shot tends to its wants and needs before his own. Glass’ primary ability is that it can cut ANYTHING, literally. It can cut any physical substance or magical barrier, as well as the fabric of reality itself. Glass can cut portals to places like wormholes, which allows shot to bounce around the battlefield as if there were many of him. Glass as well has projectile attacks in the form of crescent-shaped vorporal shockwaves which can cut through nearly as much as Glass itself can, and travel in straight lines at supersonic speed. Glass’s blade itself is not actually made of glass, but rather compressed evil in its purest form. As such, wounds inflicted by Glass cannot be healed easily and must first be purified to remove the residual curse Glass leaves, which causes extreme pain and sometimes mania. Higher level abilities such as the ability to change shape and shoot forth powerful bolts of evil mana are rumored, but not confirmed. More frightening, however is the toll Glass takes on Shot: the two are fused now, body and soul, and Glass in exchange for its power constantly thirsts for blood, preferably innocent blood that has been stirred into a state of terror or extreme fear. Glass sucks this blood up through its blade like a straw, and leaves its many victims hollow and fluidless. It is said those killed by Glass reside forever inside of it as ghosts in a hellish purgatory world.
