Cloud stared around the EC Mobile and stepped off the platform he was currently standing on. As soon as he did this, half of Cornelius warped in (courtesy of 3kul) bleeding profusely.

"Aarrgghh, help me" Cornelius cried out.

Ignoring him, Cloud took a peek outside and quickly noticed someone had shot the tires of the vehicle. He dived back in before anyone spotted him. Making a beeline for a well placed console, avoiding the bloody remains of Cornelius, Cloud tapped away at the device. After a minute or so he determined that there was only Fort on board the EC Mobile.

"Hmm, very strange" Cloud thought aloud.

You could practically hear the gears turning in Genkaku's mind as he tried to understand just what Net was trying to say - it was as though he understood the words but failed to comprehend the meaning. It was pleasing to hear that Net was on good terms with Paranesia, but what he'd just suggested sounded really bizarre. He gritted his teeth a little as he pondered this mystery before finally giving up. He was in too much pain to be solving puzzles.

"I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean Net. You can ask her about it yourself if you like but she's not too talkative. Hasn't been for a long time, but I don't suppose that means that she can't talk altogether..."

Genkaku didn't seem to understand mind reading at all, which meant that it was probably safe to assume that he'd never tried to read Entrails mind, or what was left of it. From the sounds of things Entrails had been dead for quite some time, it was doubtful that she'd been alive to witness whatever had just happened to the Gei'ei.

HollowEyes shut off the mental link as soon as Little Sister began screaming, he didn't really want to have to deal with her now and she was clearly in a bad mood. "Not much further, how're you holding up Caton?" The nekomata seemed quite healthy, and wasn't wearing out as quickly as he used to, even with this massive amount of lava. "Training pay off boss, no problems." Caton seemed to be quite pleased about this, as he'd previous thought that training at the volcano would only be a waste of time. "Good to hear." HollowEyes replied, also glad to hear that his minion was improving.

"Five. More. Minutes." A furious Little Sister snarled, pounding a set of woven fists into the invisible Citadel. "Five minutes has already elapsed." Noten replied, wondering why the Parasitian was so annoyed. "How long does it take to get out here and save some slaves?!" Little Sister shouted angrily. "These are supposed to be the good guys, they're supposed to worry about the well-being of others, not freezing their asses off whilst they hide out here in the middle of nowhere! SHOW SOME BACKBONE YOU DAMN COWARDS!"

A large drift of snow that had been hanging on the edge of one of the Citadel's rooftops suddenly fell, burying Little Sister in a pile of frosty white slush. "If they don't come here soon, I am going to bombard their base with as many filthy slave corpses as we can get." She growled, thrashing her way out of the snowy mess. "Shall I get some more slaves then?" Noten asked, unphased by Little Sister's rage. "No... Five more minutes."

Genkaku!

That's where he had seen this guy before!

"Senti and I are also...associated with Para."Coolpikaaa said,painfully remembering the time she threw him off a clocktower."And about this ghost you saw..what exactly did she look like?"

'Senti have you been able to open up a link between you and Tetsu or BP? We should send them quickly,whoever is left will need help fast."He said as he glanced up at the robot.

Coolpikaaa was thinking hard.Why was Genkaku here without anything Para nearby? Why hadn't she come to help her servant?

(Ack, sorry for the lack of response! School started up again this week, and I've got a wedding to go to tomorrow, but anyway. ))

"WHAT WAS THAT?!" Fort shouted.
"Something completely took out our tracks, Sir" replied a grunt over the blaring alarms.
"Damn," the Headmaster replied angrily. They've taken the initiative.
"Sir, our Warp System...its being stabalized sir. Tampering."
The Headmaster rubbed his forhead, "send out a signal to all EC members, we can't let our base of operations be overcome."
"With all due respect - we can't, all our signaling equipment uses warp tech to travel faster-than-light."
The headmaster bit his lip, "other options?"
"Flare" The subordiante replied.
"Do it, and get a trace on whatever the hell is stabalizing the warp - and take it out."
"Yes Sir!" the grunt replied.
The Headmaster moved to the controls, overlooking the Grunt's pannel "Are we stuck here for good?"
"Sadly yes, Sir."
"The base will be set up here then."

Outside, in the snow, the MHQ began to unfold, large sheets of metal unfolded and gave partial covering, while cannons ranging from large to small unclocked themselves, rolling their nozzels into the frozen air -dark and silent. The lip of the Mobile unfolded out into one large flight deck - the precarious metal board that made the HQ seem highly offensive and dangerous.
A large beam of lime greem light shot out of the top of the MHQ, huge it reached high into the clouds and past them - the flare - it could seen by all! However if the EC MHQ was already found, Fort reasoned, it made little difference what danger signal they gave out, now.

A group of buggies - six of them - unboarded out onto the snowy plains, they were all heavily equipped - and all headed out towards one spot - the Source of the Warp Stabalizer, which stuck out much, much more than the powerful lime green beacon behind them.

[Chronos]

Ensichrys was standing like a statue, completely unmoving. The Guivre was also very tense, but he was shivering slightly. Then it came. A dim green light shot over the horizon. It was time.

Ensichrys perched on the Guivre's back and the two sped off toward the Cave, hopefully to find a way to the Arctic, where Mortracta would be waiting.

"Yeah, yeah, I've got the link, they're on their way." Sentinel said. "Damn meatbags."

Sentinel made a mental note to make more drones for the next rebellion. Meatbags were so useless.

[Coolpikaaa]

Tetsu flew over the arctic landscape,scanning the ground for the survivors of the blast.BP(A.K.A Baby-pikaaa,or clone-pikaaa) rode on her back.The two had been hiding in the hidden silo under Kaz's lab,and were just alerted to come by sentinel who filled them in.

Tetsu flew just over where she thought the citadel was when she noticed a pile of bodies laying in the snow.She flew down and landed beside them,BP hoping off and over for a better look.

From the looks of things these people were beat up and thrown about the place.It must have been one heck of a blast.

The two moved around and told any of the still mobile surviors to jump onto Tetsu's back.She still wasn't fully grown but could carry 5 or 6 to safety before coming back for more.Both Tetsu and BP knew they would have to work fast,as the EC could be here any second.

[Chronos]

Ensichrys and the Guivre were barreling through the Cave. Ensichrys alerted the Guivre to a distorted, unstable portal and the huge serpent changed course abruptly, nearly sending his rider flying.

The two were charging through the room, the Guivre's tail knocking grunts aside and sending expensive equipment flying. The portal was nearly dead. The Guivre knew that both of them would never make it through intact. With a crazy forward lurch, the giant snake launched Ensichrys forward into the portal, then careened away out of its path.

Ensichrys flew through, looking on with a definite feeling of loss through the other side before it was completely lost to view.



CRUNCH

Ensichrys was face-down in the snow. He plucked his head out of the ground and looked about. Where was he? He could see no one around. He shouldn't have gone through the portal. He had no idea where the others were. But maybe someone did...

"Mortracta."

Seven seconds elapsed and the lonely flower smashed through the frozen ground, sending ice shards flying dangerously past.

KC found, to her annoyance, that the grendel had no responded. She wasn't just going to sit here. So she became a dragon and took to the skys, searching for the battle. When she finally found the battle, she dove.

(I just had to get into the main thick of things, and I didn't want to have to wait for TBS to post.)

*Net left Genkaku and Coolpikka to their conversation, gliding over the ice and peeking around outside.*

Stupid good-for-nothing Gei'ei... Self-important robot ass...

*Brooding to himself, he wandered into the distance, where he could've sworn he'd seen a flash of light and some kind of green plant-ey thing appearing.*

Ravana just stared at the mouse for a long time, until the "mouse" turned into a dragon and flew off.

Its transformation surprised the enigma greatly. How'd it manage to do that?

While Ravana was distracted, Elisah-who had been hiding around the entrance-slipped in behind him and entered the dome.

Suddenly, KC found that she didn't have enough energy to fly. She fell to Earth, and crashed onto the same spot where she was, unconscience.

In the meantime, Demetris and Jesten had decided to start a bit of fighting themselves.

"Now Jesten" Said Demetris "Remember what I said..."

"Chop first, asked questions later." said Jesten, rolling his eyes as he held his ax.

"Yes." said Demetris, clutching her spear. "Now let's get em."

They jumped from out behind their snow fort, yelling "CHARGE!!!"

(I didn't know where to put them. So the first person who notices them charging is the place where they are... yeah.)
