"i'll get whatshisname up there,right,go through those bushes and stay under the rock sticking out.i'll meet you there in a minute and show you the way to the cave i've been sleeping in recently.go!"she barked out as she started running uphill.

as she reached the top she started shaking Hercules."wake up!"nothing happened even when she repeted this process a few times.she sighed,and yelled in his ear"AHH!feathered ettins are invading!",in hope of some sort of responce.

Nightshade, Zelda, and Celerus obeyed and hidunder the rock.

Hercules starts waving arms around in his sleep. "Send our armies out" He did not wake up, unfortainitly. ((Note to Somefreakoverthere: I suggest you get your charature off that hill, and fast :p ))

"oh i don't damm CARE!"she roared before she grabbed one arm,lifted him onto hizs should and started running down hill."when you wake up i am so going to yell at you...."she hissed in his ear as she slid to the bottem of the hill and ran through the bushs.

"Follow me!The caves dry and sheltered,so we should be okay!and i keep a supply of dry twigs there for a fire,but follow me!"she yelled above a roll of thunder.It had started raining hard with some hail mixed in.she started trugging off towardas her home,grabbing some fruits off a nearby tree as she passed.a few seconds after she had pasted by,the bush to her left was struck.she looked behind herself and yelled "COME ON!" as a large lump of hail hit Hercules on the head.

((exsactly what breed of grendel is Hercules?I'd like to know,as i can only guess at some of them))

((Hercules is a regular grendle from C3. Nightshade is a dusky grendle. Zelda is a maraquan grendle. And Celerus is a pyrite grendle.))

As SFOT got away from the hill with Hercules, a lightning bolt hits his mighty throne. He will be sooooo upset when he finds out!

Zelda heard what SFOT said and motioned the other to come. Zelda, Celerus, and Nightshade hurry to the cave. a lighting bolt comes down and barely misses Celerus. He freaks out and start to run faster twards the cave.

Hercules is still moving his arms around in his sleep. He yells out "WHOOHOO! Victory! This calles for a celebration!" and stops moving his arms around. He starts to snore and drool now.

Nesha rolled her eyes,shut Hercules's mouth and ran into the cave.she dumped Hercules in a chair and waved at the others to come in.she pulled her head out of the hail and lightning and started a small fire,making sure she had enough reasorces to keep everybodys hunger satisfied.she smiled and started a fire,then pulled a small lump of grazzer meat over the fire to cook.

Shadow curled up next to the fire, and looked at the group around him. Indeed he had never seen so many grendels in one spot. The lightning crashed outside.

Shadow reached for a berry, having no idea how a berry made it all the way over here, and ate it. Perhaps he could get used to living like this. He uttered the typical Grendel-giggle, then turned his gaze to the fire.

Nightshade starts to giggle along as Celerus enjoys the heat and tries to think of a good story to tell.

Hercules starts to roll in his sleep. He falls of the chair and into the . . . fire. he wakes up at once and starts to run around the room screaming. Zelda couldn't help but to laugh.

nesha stopped her giggleing as Hercules rolled into the fire and grabbed the bucket of spare water,then tossed the contents of it over hercules,grinning slightly "that will show you what happens when you stay asleep in the middly of a hail/lightning storm.don't go outside-it's be suiside."she told him as she retrived the packet in which she had been cooking,and started shareing out the food."don't eat all the berries,okay?we need that food to live off until the storm thins out.the fruits on the tree's are gonna be ruined now."she groaned as she grabbed a hailstone from outside,dropped it quickly in the bucket and started heating it near the nearly-dead fire,and then pointed a claw at the grendel who had recently rolled in the fire."Do you awnt to know how you got here?"she asked,and started filling him in,inclueding the bit where a hailstone had bounced off his head.

Hercules was burnt and was in complete shock, he didn't understand a single word SFOT said. He started to get dizzy and fell over, unconcious. He is breathing very slowly, almost to the extent to where he looks dead.

Celerus, Nightshade, and Zelda jumped and started to surround the dying alpha. Celerus looks at SFOT and Shadow, looking desperate. "Don't just stand there! Do something!" Suddenly, a hail stone bounce off the floor and into Hercule's mouth. it goses down his throught and he starts to choke, but he is in so much shock that he can't tell annyone to help. he starts to make gagging noises. The trio has no idea what's going on, for they have never saw anyone choke before.

The grendel, enticed by the smell of grazer, begins to struggle to get up.

For some reason, his fangs begin to lengthen, poking out of his mouth as his snout becomes longer-

As soon as hercules falls into the fire, the grendel makes a short noise as he suddenly shrinks down to the size of a baby, curled up back where he laid, cringing at the pain eminating from his broken ribs.

Shadow looked at the dying Hercules. Helping would be a good idea, he decided. He trotted over to see what he could do, and as he did, he tripped over a rock. This caused him to fall onto Hercules' stomach, shooting out the hail ball, which promptly came down and hit him on the head, knocking him out.

Hercules wakes up from his unconciousness. But he has forgotten everything and is very weak "Ugg farg narg"

Zelda rolles her eyes "Great, now we have a leader without a brain!"

Hercules saw a lone berry outside of the cave. he starts to crawl to it. Celerus tried to stop him but he was too late. Hercules picks up the berry when suddenly, BOOM! Lightning struck him. His falls to the floor, with his eyes closed and his heart beat on a puase. "Oohmph" His last words seem to echo through the ears of everyone as he starts to disapear in a yellow bubbling madness.

The trio looked in shock, to see their alpha fall to his death. Celerus places his hands near where Hercules body was. "Hercules, second leader of The Bronze Age tribe, dead from the light streak" he takes out some sticks and arrange them into an odd and some-what mystical rune. He then cuts himself and lets a tiny blood drop in the middle of the rune. Celerus starts to rummage through his bag for some bandages.

the sky started to calm down and stop thundering mysteriously.

nesha bowed her head in respect.It wasn't often that the grendel you had helped out of a storm then die without you being able to do anything."How will you choose the new alpha?"she asked,slightly curious.she knelt beside Celerus and handed him some of her bandages,studying the rune.she pulled out a small blade and pulled a football-sized rock towards herself,glanceing back at the rune every few seconds as she chisled the mark into the rock.

"it's not very much,but it will do.You can use it so you don't forget him,until it's carved away by the forces of the wind and rain."she said,giving the trio the rock.The rune had been shakely carved in,but it still bore the resemblence of what Celerus had made."it is my tribute to him.I'm so sorry,i should of tried to stop him before he went outside."nesha told them.
