"That only adds ammo to the fact that too much of a good thing can be a bad thing..." she quipped with a bit of a grin before reaching for her drink.

((Ach... I'm taking so long to get that battle set up. You'll find that it's a bit different from the usual forest setting with unique features and clear-cut advantages to both our characters... hopefully... at least... that's how I plan to have it work out. How often does Vorodorer uses his wings...?))

"True, but when that good thing makes you better than you originally are, maybe not, hmm?"

He sips his drink and sits back in his chair, more comfortable.

"Shall I continue with the story, or are you bored already?"

((*nods* Okie dokie))

She sighed. He got her there.

Grasping the glass in both hands, she took a drink before placing it back on the table and resuming her seat.

"Quite frankly, I'm not bored at all. Do continue."

[Sephirothsicase]

He thought for a moment.

"Where was I? Oh yes, me becoming a hermit. I left my house maybe... three years afterwards, so I was about fourteen, maybe fifteen, I don't know, it was so long ago. I left the shack and came to the small village which I think was called... Nillian. Yes, that was it. I remember the name because it sounds roughly as a name of a friend of mine..."

He sips the drink and twirls the ice around in the liquid, as if thinking.

"Nillian had a what you might call a church. It was more of a brotherhood building though, the resident faith was called "Muse of the Earth." They were druids, they believed in many things, most of them was enjoying themselves. There were different sects of the religion, different people who engaged themselves in different things. There were the magical sects that involved Alchemy, Druidism and Herbology and such others, but there were also the magical sects that used Transfiguration, Elemental Controll and also more advanced Alchemy. I met a friend who was a member of both sects, unfortunatly..."

"Unfortunately...?" she prompted, wanting him to continue on.

[Sephirothsicase]

"Yes, unfortunatly for her. I met her while I was sitting in the gardens. My stomach was rumbling and I was moaning about how bad life was I believe."

He laughs and sips his drink, almost finished now.

"She was a year older than me and slightly taller than I was back then. She had shoulder-length brown hair and hazel eyes, she had strange clothes that appeared to be so heavily decorated they might make you sink if you were trying to swim in them.

Her name was "Nithian." It was a short talk I had with her before she invited me back into the castle for food. It was a bi-"

He stops and a slight thumping sound comes from above, he tries to ignore it for the moment. It sounded like someone running up and down the stairs above. He muttered something about "a daughter" before turning back to his story.

"It was a big castle, I counted more than three hundred members of the clan while I was there. Some of them were dressed so... Beautifully, you would most likely think you were colour-blind."

[Mitsukai]

She immediately glanced up, her eyes scanning the ceiling.

"What was that?" she asked, momentarily distracted from the story.

[Sephirothsicase]

"Err... That's my daughter. Caitir."

He looks into his drink before sipping it once more, quite a long draught this time.

[Mitsukai]

"You have a daughter?" she asked, a bit surprised. She would never have guessed...

[Sephirothsicase]

Seph smiles, slightly uncomfortable on this subject. It was complicated.

"Err... She's adopted actually... She's not really mine, but I took her in. So yes, she is my daughter."

He places the glass down and laughs slightly.

"Opinion of me changed yet?"

[Mitsukai]

She nodded thoughtfully.

"What do you mean by that?"

[Sephirothsicase]

"Haha, well I thought you're brain might have put together an image of me beforehand. I apologise, most peole do. An old vampire living in a massive castle all on his lonesome seems pretty... pathetic."

He laughs before sipping his drink.

[Mitsukai]

She pondered his reply before smiling slightly. "I actually haven't thought anything along those lines really... I've been too intrigued with this wonderful castle of yours," she admitted. "I just hadn't expected you to have a child, even if she was adopted or so you say."

[Sephirothsicase]

"Yus, most people dont. She's probably just woken up anyways, she'll go back to sleep in a minute or so, she's still young."

He nods and finishes his drink with one more sip before resting against the chair once more.

"Where was I? Oh yes, being invited for food. As soon as I took a step into that building I was smothered by people. Literally. Some kept making remarks on how thin I was while others only stated how dirty I was. Food was pushed at me, biscuits, bread, cake and other such things. Nithian had to push me through the horde while shouting something about dinner at them. She sat me down in the waiting room with a plate of cake and water and we talked to each other for a while."

Nynaeve wondered how old this child was.. but not wanting to interrupt the story, she made a mental note to ask later.

"They sound like a nice lot," she commented with a small smile.
