Welcome to the Evil Council's public lair in the Blackstar Dojo, a place in which you unfortunate non-EC folk get the opportunity to find out about Council events, participate in evil RPs (unharassed by any pesky non-evil types), take part in a good ol' fashioned Cornelius-bashing, and be up-to-date on all Council "public" events!

This is as good a place to be with the Evil Council as you can get! We're always on the lookout for new members in the EC, and this is a fine place to ask about!
