As was discussed on the first page. Yes. If your character has a "pet" capable of speaking to others besides yourself, and you intend for them to be in this roleplay, it is requested that if at all possible you make seperate accounts for them, as they are basiclly independent characters. Multiple characters posting from a single author in this format can be confuseing (believe me we have seen it in the past). If you have recieved a special dispensation (i.e. Danikat) it is requested that you post all "pet/ NPC" communication in a different font color and with sufficiant narrative to make clear who is speaking.
Alyssa: "Your Excellency, do you think they understand now." The bronze furred Hardman Norn said in her usual formal manner.
"I do hope so Alyssa. Now do be a dear and run on back to The Grove. Here is no place for you to be, and please just call me Brayen." The tired priest said knowing he was fighting the inevitable.
Alyssa: "As you wish Your Excellency." She said with a stiff bow and a prompt about face. She marched straight off only to dissapear into the morning mist.

Hi, Hi!  I'm filling in for the Narrator today. He's messaged me with some information and I'm here to take care of some things he's been unable to handle over the last few days.
In response to HisLordShip, I see you. I'll be locking your topic in a few minutes. Thank you for being so thorough with your character descriptions.
KC11 - I'm told you have to have more than one email address for that purpose. If you want help with that particular situation, please talk to the resident Unisus, or Au'Marui, or another mod. We aren't able to lend a hand in that vein. Or... you could just make a yahoo email address I suppose...
Does anyone have any questions that are urgently needing answered? I'm available for helping. |

| I would like to thank all of you for your patience and support. I want to assure you that any delay will be well worth your wait. My subordinates and I are working together as quickly as we can. RuneSage, TreeSprite, and Brayen seem to all have changing and busy lives just now, but they are happily working with me. We too are eager to see the role play session underway, but we refuse to start before we have the best story we can possibly put together. Our goal first and foremost is to provide you with a role play experience worthy of all of your wonderful characters. |

You mistake me, Goron. There was a storyline in mind when we started this. The main direction and series of possible events and discoveries on the way toward that end has remained quite the same throughout. However, the fact remains that now we have a firm grasp of the characters that are going to be principals within our story, and we must therefore provide challenging encounters tailored to, and for each one. You are the stars of this tale, and we want to both challenge you, and allow you to shine as principle characters throughout the story.
I think the difficulty you are having with grasping why it's taking us so long to prepare is that you are unused to this style of role-play. The fact that this style of role-play is so different to the freeform style of The Dojo is precisely why Au'Mauri has invited us to perform this exhibition. The role play we intend to allow you to experience with this venture is quite different to both the "Dojo Freeform", and traditional Pen and Paper "Table Top" role play (Classic D&D style if you will). I call it "Novel" style. It's specifically designed to allow the players to become characters in their own "story". |
