I figured people who have a DS and pokemon diamond could post here.
You could post you friend code. Brag about stuff. Give info on special stuff. You know all the good stuff.
You could also post here if your stuck and need help.

I would post my friend code but I'm yet to get one. Razz

I have you know that although I no longer play, I did start out on blue, and in person-to-person battles, I have never lost!

Funny, but my first cart was Blue too. ^_^ I still have two Blue, two Red, one Yellow, one each of G/S/C, one each of R/S/E, and now Pearl (picking up Diamond as well when I feel like it).

My first pokemon was a Charmander. Charmie. Absolutely hideous name, I know, but I was young, and all in Pokemon was new.

I like the new games... but they just feel old and used. There's nothing novel in this installment except the Underground, once you get over the slightly different interface, 3-D rendering, and more monsters.

*whacks walls with her hammer some more*

Yikes DP you don't have the new ones! I don't ether, but I can get them off the internet with ease. If anyone wants the emulater and games(mabye not all the games) I'll post the links. Hahahahahahahaha

Strangely enough, my first Pokemon game was Blue too

. I got my Game Boy Color purely for that game. My first Pokemon was a Bulbasaur, whom I called Whipper Razz

. I also got Silver, Crystal and Ruby, as well as both Pokemon Stadiums and Pokemon Colosseum on the 'cube... and I can remember the names of every one of the Pokemon in my teams...

After that it felt like they were just milking it.

You could've put them in groups by generation there CrazyD (Pearl/Diamond, FireRed/LeafGreen, Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, Gold/Silver/Crystal, Red/Blue/Yellow - five options).

I don't know which was my favourite, I've enjoyed pretty much all of them. Strangely enough I too started off with Blue (it's a 50/50 chance though, so it's not that huge a coincidence Razz

), I'm pretty sure that I started off with Squirtle, though I didn't give it a name. After that I got pokemon yellow, then gold, then crystal, then sapphire, then leafgreen (no idea why they didn't call it blue like they did for the older version Confused

), and most recently, emerald. Somewhere along the line I also picked up Stadium, Snap and then Colosseum.

I plan on buying either Diamond or Pearl over e-Bay, since I'll otherwise have to wait until June to get it here. I'm just hanging out for my money to get into my paypal account...

Well, I just have to go against the trend here.... I started off with red, picked Charmander as my starter. Then got yellow, then gold. I got sapphire when Nintendo did a launch event in Sydney, didn't end up getting a GBA until my next birthday, which was many many months after Razz

I have a DS now, but living here in Aus, wont see Pearl/Diamond for quite a while yet sadly.

Fun Fact: My near fanatical obsession with all things Pokemon spawned my nickname; Mickachu, though I don't really use it all that often anymore.
