Actually, that's a historical line. The Persians and Spartans actually eledgedly said that. Its a cool line, too, so that's why it made an appearance in both films. Its a fun story with fun lines attributed to it. So, next time do your homework before making too many claims about copyright infringement and such.

Uh huh. Yoshi's right.

Besides being in the actual battle and in both movies, you'll also find it in just about anything that has to do with Spartans, such as the game Spartan: Total Warrior, which has absolutely nothing to do with Thermopylae.
