'Tis quite simple. You just write the outcome of what the person above you wrote.
Example:
Poster 1: A ball of cheese began rolling down the hill...
Poster 2: ... and fell into the river...
Poster 3: ... which caused the river to flood...
And so on...
Outcomes can be insane/random/funny/etc. The only stipulation is that the outcome has some sort of connection with the previous post. Think domino effect.
And so... I start.
A gigantic ball of cheese began rolling down the hill...
