I can't find any cheap copper or any tin at all. Are there other metals that can be used? _________________ Because when you kill a guy by chopping his head off, rolling him up in a carpet, and burning it...you'd better make sure he's dead.

It isn't listed as copper or tin right off, they need to be refined. Copper can be retrieved from Azurite, if you're interested. Tin comes from Cassirite, I think. But that might be Calamine I'm thinking of....

Which place do you refine them at? _________________ Because when you kill a guy by chopping his head off, rolling him up in a carpet, and burning it...you'd better make sure he's dead.

McSmelty's Forge. Take them to the Blacksmith to get them shaped into something useful, afterwards.

You need at least two of each ore for it to work.

You need a bow first, right? Beech Bows are the cheapest, but I'm sure you can replace them with anything (except Sandalwood), even Demonic Logs.
You need to buy two Beech Logs and convert them to Beech Planks at Rockton Mills (Sandalwood won't work, don't ask me why).
Then you buy a Sinew from the Farmer's Market (if I remember correctly). They can then be synthed into a Beech Bow at Rockton Mills.
It'll cost over 100 yen just to synth the items, just so you know.
For arrows, you need one Sandalwood Plank (Made from a Sandalwood Log at Rockton Mills), three chicken feathers (avaliable at the Farmer's Market) and one metal bar.
Bronze is the cheapest, made by refining Azurite into Copper and Cassirite into Tin (You need two of each to refine them into one ingot in McSmelty's Forge).
You fuse the resulting Copper and Tin Ingots into a Bronze Bar at either McSmelty's Forge or the Blacksmith's shop at Evergreen glades, I can't remember which.
Finally, If memory serves me correctly, you go to Rockton Mills to synth the ingredients into a Bronze Arrow.
EDIT: Actually, I think you can make Stone Arrows too, which would probably be cheaper. I don't know where you get stone from unfortunatly... _________________
Bah, Give me 2 days and a load of napalm...
Exactly! Perhaps I should be more specific and to the point so that I can get my message across more easily. And you would find stone at the Jagged Pass Quarry in the Southern Frontier. There's limestone, granite, and marble available there. Not sure which one makes arrows, though, I haven't tried it.

Hurray! Thank you!
Now... how long do these items last? _________________ Because when you kill a guy by chopping his head off, rolling him up in a carpet, and burning it...you'd better make sure he's dead.

Depends on what you make.
If it's something that's compatible with the "Use Item" MOD, (examples: bow and arrows, Toad, Cookie, or Water Gun) then there's a specific chance you'll break it, though only while using the item.
Some items always "break", like a Cookie - you eat it, and it's gone. Single use items are fairly common, like the Cakes, Charms and Mutant Chickens.
Other items break only very infrequently, like the three Water Guns.
Nothing you have will ever disappear unless you use it, sell it, auction it, discard it, or give it away. _________________

Well... if it breaks, can I fix it? Unless it disappears from my inventory when it breaks...
I know the toad disappears. It has to. But what about the other items? _________________ Because when you kill a guy by chopping his head off, rolling him up in a carpet, and burning it...you'd better make sure he's dead.

Sorry. I forgot about the Scratch Card, that does degenerate, over a week, I believe.
Nope, if you break an item, that's it, it's gone. _________________

Bronze arrows break to easily. How do you make a stone arrow? And can you use mutant chicken feathers for any arrows? _________________ Because when you kill a guy by chopping his head off, rolling him up in a carpet, and burning it...you'd better make sure he's dead.

Stone arrows are 1 granite, 1 sandalpine plank, and 3 chicken feathers at the Blacksmith.
I don't know about mutant chicken feathers. |
