Urban Dictionary is the one of the biggest piles of crap I've ever seen, half of the slang is stuff that I'm fairly sure isn't legit - hell, this entry for Raven and the one that Raven mentioned totally contradict each other, how will people ever understand what I mean when I say "Dude, she's so Raven"? And then there's stuff that gets a ridiculous amount of thumbs downs but somehow still stays up, even though it's quite obviously not real (Check out the fourth definition of Boris - it's only got 11 thumbs up and 94 thumbs down, how is it still considered legit?!). On top of that, you just get idiots making up random slang for people they don't like/themselves.
For example, I could make an entry like this:

Darling, it's the internet. Wherever you go, at some stage you're going to be insulted, flamed, or picked on. It's a common thing. Just pick out the good things and have a laugh about the rest! There's nothing wrong with people who aren't thin, or people who don't have to 'ideal' figure or appearance. Some people are just idiots, and need to put down other people to make themselves feel better. No matter how much it hurts the other person... 
And you're right. Not all Luke's are brilliant. Just like not all Jess', Sarah's, Holly's, James', or any other name you can think of are all brilliant. Names are placed on people at, or near the time of birth so people don't go around calling out "Hey you" and having about a hundred people turn around and go "What?" A name or appearance doesn't define a person. It helps people differ between them, but it's not the actual person.
That's why identical twins confuse me. I mean, ho the hell can you tell which one's which! I hate when mothers dress them the same, too! D<

Thank goodness my full username isn't on there. However, I did search for the first three words of my name, whicth is my most used nickname, and gotten three results. At least two of them are good. Not sure if the one in the middle is supposed to be good or not >>; My favorite one out of them would be this:
