*Laur looks a little shaken by DP, but she quickly hides it. And takes comfort in the fact the fire unicorn had gotten the wrong end of the stick. She wasn't about to show signs of weakness to Till. Then this Uncle person had told her to apologise to a shapeshifter! Laur looks Ravil up and down*

((OOC: Wow! I wasn't expecting that kind of reaction. I was just hoping to prevent all-out war between characters. It's sometimes hard to tell when people are playing characters or are seriously posting when you're in the non-RP forums. Maybe we ought to post "RP: In character" or something in the subject heading when we do stuff like this, just to avoid confusion. It's especially difficult when folks new to the forums (like those outsiders we're eventually going to encourage into joining) start finding oddball discussions going, only to find a character, and not an person themself, doing the action.

Don't take my character's warning too seriously. Just remember to clearly deliniate the In Character from the Out Of Character. M'kay?)

((I thought only stuff like this, in double brackets, was to be considered as "real talk", so to speak, and everything else was in character.... Am I mistaken? If you think that this thread is hard to distingush RL and IC with, check out the What are Gerbils? thread in the General Chat sometime. It's got to be the strangest mix of in and out of charecter dialog I've ever read, and the most alarming part is that somehow, it works. Must be the effect of Psychotiopia. ))

Till merely sneers at the rest of ze freaks. He looks DP up and down, before she disappears, "Hah, ze God iz not so powerful here, or ze Corporation vould be nothing now...."

He turns to look at His Lordship, and limps over, his cane an obvious support, "Ah, tea, vonderful..." He drops two lumps of sugar into his tea and takes a long sip, "Zis, iz ze finest tea I have tasted. Laur, get ze recipe..."

As the tea went away, the dried tea leaves spelt out a message..."What the tongue, smart alleck" Then before his eyes, the tea leaves rearranged themselves, spelling out, "Your powers can't protect you from me." Then, lightning struck where Mr. Doyle had previously been standing, leaving a charred smoking crater where he had been*

As DP had struck lightening at Till, his faith in his powers had protected him, and, for unforeseen circumstances, he was teleported at the last minute to the other side of the room. Till merely grins.

Whether it was by device or other means is unknown, Till's grin reveals nothing but his certainty of invulnerability, "Hmmm. A vengeful god no...? Even God's have failed to attack me..." He looks at the crater of ash, "Power indeed, but yet he chooses not to intervene to save his most precious source of power, ze dojo. How very odd..."

He goes to grab a second cup of tea, and begins to sip, pausing, "Not vone to intervene, but I do not make enemies lightly. A display of power is vone thing from zis God, but an act of aggression, zis vould certainly not do to vone who has done nothing vrong az of yet..."

He looks at Laur, raising an eyebrow, "I vould caution you to tread carefully, you may not be so lucky az me...." He smiles as he sips again...

((One of the advantages of being the admin...I can get away with godmoding because well, my character is a God...and I'm given the power to back that up. Don't worry, he wouldnt' have hit you. He just merely wishes to warn you that your actions are being supervised. It serves me well, because I can dish out reprimands in RP as well...and if I choose to RP as a regular member, I can always bring in Blackfoot. ))
