It includes the exchange of chocolate. Thats a reason in itself.

Pi day made me laugh though. Proof that mathmaticians aren't completely devoid of a sense of humor.

Not quite Danikat Wink - White Day is the day that guys are supposed to give gifts to the girls who gave them chocolates on Valentine's Day, afaik chocolates aren't given on White Day itself.
