Net, you are taking this a bit too far. Everyone got your point on pg.2. You didn't have to keep pressuring the matter. Now you're starting to annoy people and DP (who you might need to be reminded is the admin) has indicated that he wanted you to quit it. The fact you have continued bashing and complaining about those people who talked about DLM and Psychonaut's activities in public has shown a certain lack of respect. That makes you look a little hypocritical, doesn't it? So, for your sake and everyone else's: Let's put this topic to rest already.

All I'm doing is my job, and part of that job is getting everyone to be nice to each other. I don't want Blackstar to turn into another Treesprites, but that's what'll happen if we don't learn to respect new members regardless of their attitude.

Seriously, I think we are going over covered ground again and soon it shall just lead to petty name calling [If it hasn't already]. I probably don't carry that much authority around here but please cease this immediately. Hell, if it is really starting to annoy people, can't we just lock the thread. For all intense and purposes I think this thread has done its job, making us aware of the problem.

Net, your point seems to have been that we treated DLM in a way that you found unsatisfactory, five pages of bashing it into our heads is more than enough. I'm fairly sure that most people have already made their minds up on the subject long ago anyways (myself, I still stand by the way I acted during the entire Psyconaut/DLM incident), there's no point in continuing it like this.

(Oh, and just in case it ever pops up (I'm not planning anything, but who knows? Wink

), if I ever do something wrong or somebody wants to accuse me of something, I'd much rather it be discussed in public than in private.)

I sujest we censor the swear words, as the place *is* meant to be PG-13. I haven't really paid attention to everything, but yeah, we get the message Net. We reacted badly to the situation, and treated the guy badly. Now we can learn from our mistakes and be prepaired for any future incidents.

Then we lock this whole thread before it ends up as a flame war X_X

SFOT, not everyone agrees that DLM/Psyconaut was treated badly, and therefore that's what this whole thing is about.

The new member was greeted, given help and advice, before things went awry.

Now, I've had enough of this thread, it appears we have others fed up of this thread.

The situation has been brought up, and future problems will obviously be dealt with "more" carefully.

Now, please, for the love of all that is sane, stop. Just. Stop.
