It came from Ouran High School Host Club, AKA my current obsession. (It's not girly... *shifty eyes* )
I never knew there were that many people with the name Kaoru... I only knew the manga author, and the characters from GetBackers, Neon Genisis Evangelion, Hikaru no Go, and OHSHC. *shrugs* |

Not to spoil all the fun Yoshi, but a cut-paste job straight from wikipedia hardly counts as research  .
Anyways, welcome to Blackstar Kaoru, though you've come in sad times, when we're losing some of our best and brightest to a diabolical chain e-mail curse, try to find some way to enjoy your stay here. You should also probably make a thread for yourself over in the Greetings section section of the fori, just so that you can have everyone make a fuss over you and more helpful people tell you how everything here works (seems a little complex in some areas, but it's pretty easy once you've got the hang of it). |

A poof, smoke fills the room only to clear revealing Raven. Although she is in fact there, she is see through. "Wooooo! The ghost of Raven's back to haunt you!" Her voice echoed and dragged out the last two words. She was obviously trying to add effect.
The ghost Raven hears about Kaoru's smutty mind, and promptly tries to glomp him. But, to her utter dismay, goes straight through him. "Damn!" She cried out frustrated, causing some objects to shiver in their place.
Her dull eyes skimmed the room, looking at its occupants. "But yes, I am here from TEH GHOST INTERWEBS!" She finished, coughing in embarrassment.
"Anyway." She continued despite her earlier... odd statement. "I've come to haunt you, in erotic ways. Fear me!" She made another 'ghost noise' and run in circles with her ethereal body. "FEAR ME I SAY!" |

| Wikipedia? Hardly. I had the list before, but I used Wikipedia to fill in the gaps, thank you. And I believe that list should also be slightly more complete than Wikipedia's list in reation to "Kaoru". I have done research, and Wikipedia is not research. |
