Panther slapped her forehead, the creature was gone, and she was talking to herself again. This is turning into a very bad habit... She thought, turning back to Melody.

Sanders walked out of the dimensional door from the Drazilim Headquarters and traversed the distance to the one remaining "Eye of the Soul" plant, the one behind the screen. He stooped so as to look it directly in the "eye" and said

"Just making sure you hadn't forgoten about us. We are planning a big surprise and we wouldn't want you to miss it..."

(Your moth/butterflies are showing you that the equipment above Wart's position on the generator has now been turned on. There are several blinking lights, and a strange humming vibration can be felt. However whichever "Jaw" it is who is watching might be distracted by the amusing sight of the borg implants erupting out of Coolpikaaa and him continueing to chase the immature drazils shouting "Resitance Is Futile!!.)

Assimilation complete.

Drone 4 of 8 stood up.It scanned the area,picking up on the drazils,a few flowers and something very big,but far off.

"Transportation needed".

Turning it's attention back to the scrap heap,it jammed its tubules into a machine.The machine quickly started up,and drone 4 of 8 drove out of the cave,headed toward the massive machine.

This thread will be the first thing I start updating when I get back, so those of you who wish to stay in it might want to read over the past few pages and get yourselves back up to speed. Given how epic this RP's become, I'll most likely put up some kind of summary as well, just to make sure that we're all on the same page (if I get something wrong though, don't hesitate to tell me - I am trying to RP more than half a dozen characters here, odds are I'm bound to mess up somewhere).

Slight update to the 'rules' as well - If you're a new member looking to enter this RP, I'm now officially making the skill cut-off mark at green belt. Current participants don't need to worry about their rank, but if you want me to try and work you into the story I want to make sure that you won't go messing things up, and the easiest way for me to do that is by letting someone else tell me how good you are.

If you're a green belt member and you want in, give me a PM (or post here if my inbox is full or something), and I'll let you know where you can start off. No randomly jumping in please, it's hard enough to keep track of all this .

Current Character Locations & Happenings:

THE FROZEN NORTH:

* Little Sister is guarding the generator here, and was last seen engaging the team sent to deactivate it.

* Silk, the mirror version of Little Sister and HollowEyes combined, has seperated from the team and moved ahead for unknown reasons and was last seen hidden amongst the snow.

* Kumo Scary is also present in the Frozen North, though doesn't seem to have made her presence known to anyone just yet.

* The Team sent to deactivate the generator here consists of:
- Kat_05 (leader)
- Ace
- The Bending Bros.
- Uggel
- Gerard
- Kiba

> The Frozen North generator is probably one of the easiest to find, given that hiding something out here is nearly impossible. As it's buried, the heat given off by the machine will make the snow above it noticably slushier than the snow around it, and the team has a scanning device provided by Silk to help them find it.

DOJOPOLIS

* 'Jaws' is guarding the generator here, though he's currently take on a mostly human form. The only part of his body that he seems unable to hide are his massive metallic jaws, though he disguises this by pretending that it's actually a stylish belt. Though he's got a bit of a thing for killing people, he's quick to eliminate witnesses and flee the scene, and under 'Eyes'' command he's toning things down at the moment, so he's probably one of the more difficult guardians to find. As a side note, he's recruited a mobster to help him track down a certain Officer who attacked him the other day - unless the mobster is somehow stopped, 'Jaws' will have the necessary information by tomorrow (RP time).

* The Team sent to deactivate the generator here consists of:
- Blackfoot (leader)
- Linda
- Obed
- Whiteoak

+ Officer Aderes/Devante (I'm sure that one is his first name and the other's his second, but everyone keeps switching between the two, I can't really tell )

> The Dojopolis Generator has proven to be pretty difficult to pinpoint, as there are many places that it could be hidden. There is sufficient evidence to prove that, at one stage or another, warp equipment was dragged through the sewers, though pollution from the industrial area of Dojopolis makes any trail too hard to trace. Far easier to track is the trail of destruction left by 'Jaws', for though some of it is quite random, it also leads to the industrial area (in other words, so far, all signs point to the generator being in the industrial area of Dojopolis).

THE WILDS:

* Vangohma (aka 'Arms') is guarding the generator here, and has recently fought with Melody, a member of the team sent to deactivate the generator of this area. After having bested her in combat (a result which he himself decided ), he now refuses to tell the team where the generator is, which was to be the prize for the victor of the short battle. His current location isn't known, and he's not the type to be seen unless he wants to be seen.

* The Team sent to deactivate the generator here consists of:
- Micka (leader)
- Melody
- Genkaku
- Panther
- Kiri
- Trace
- Rai
- Xuxi
- Vatican
- Ishi

> The Wilds' Generator has yet to be found, and with no idea of it's location and no easy way of finding it, this is probably one of the hardest generators to find.

THE BLACK FOREST

* 'Eyes' is guarding the main generator in the abandoned building atop the volcano, and operates as something of a sentry for all of the other Parasitians involved in this.

* Addman has been kidnapped by a group of Imps under the control of TROT84, and thanks to a staged death is believed to have been murdered - EnD believes that he is the killer, but is the only one to know this. HollowEyes has suspicions, but thanks to Little Sister's web of lies, he's suspicious of just about everyone.

* The Team sent to deactivate the generator here consists of:
- Monica (leader)
- Addman (M.I.A., presumed to be dead)
- EnDSchultz
- HollowEyes

+ Goron40, who is currently locked in some kind of staring match with Monica
+ Shadow, who seems to have joined the team here by himself.

> The Black Forest Generator is the main generator for this whole operation, though this information is not known to anyone else aside from the Parasitians involved. Keeping this in mind, this would logically make it the generator with the heaviest defense (not that anyone out to stop it will know this ).

THE SOUTHERN DESERT

* 'Wart' is guarding the generator here, and is quite literally all over it. Currently, only the Drazilim know of it's location, though they aren't necessarily aware of who or what 'Wart' is and what it's doing down there.

* The Team sent to deactivate the generator here consists of:
- TheDarkPsycho (leader)
- Katara
- Dr. LupinMario
- Coolpikaaa

+ Sanders, who is currently in the company of the Drazilim. He figured out the secret behind the eye plants and had the Drazilim go about destroying most of them, and as a result the Drazil base is almost entirely clear of the spy flowers (save for one behind a screen I think ).
+ The Drazilim, the chief inhabitants of the desert. After attempting to mine the space that 'Wart' was occupying, the Parasitian released some kind of disease on one of their kind, crystallizing it.

> The Southern Desert Generator should also prove easy to locate - find 'Wart', find the generator.

I'm hoping that this sums everything up. This took a fair bit longer than I thought, so I'll be making my actual post tomorrow, but hopefully this update helps encourage others to start posting again (even if it only is to correct a mistake that I've made ).

TIME CHANGE!

Midday on the 2nd day, five days remaining

Snow is still falling in the Frozen North, so visibility still isn't perfect yet.

Things should be heating up in the Southern Desert, as this is the hottest time of the day for them.

Dojopolis is still bustling, and the electricians have begun to work on restoring the power grid. They should be done by nightfall.

Not much changes in the Black Forest, I suppose in the day it's slightly less creepy, but that's about it .

It's begun to rain in The Wilds, so you may want to seek some shelter for a while. Keep in mind that visibility is decreased in this kind of weather.

'EYES' - Black Forest

'Eyes' glared at the eye on it's arm, now feeling rather irritated with the rather obnoxious person who'd discovered the secret behind it's sentry flowers. The Parasitian had deployed the Mothen, and soon enough they'd be filling him in on everything that he was missing out on.

"Let's see what you've got, you impudent fool..."

VANGOHMA - The Wilds

Vangohma shook his head as he wandered away from the random assortment of freaks who'd shown up to stop them, ignoring the weird cat-like creature who continued to shout at him about something or other. Truly they were a pitiful sort, the kind who might make a small increase in strength for some young Parasitian who didn't know better, definately not the sort that he'd taint himself with.

As several drips of liquid hit him, he looked up to notice that it was about to rain. Which wasn't necessarily a bad thing, as it'd cool him down whilst he continued to guard the generator. Having fought their strongest once he didn't feel like getting involved with them again anytime soon.

'WART' - Southern Desert

~<Eyes, why are silent? Please do not tell me that the locals have done away with you.>~ 'Wart' was not in a very good mood. Being buried underground did shelter it from the heat, but it was still an incredibly boring job - the least that 'Wart' expected was to be kept filled in on how their plan was coming along.

~<My apologies 'Wart', but someone has alerted the desert inhabitants to the secret behind the sentry flowers. I'm afraid that I must ask you to cope on your own for just a little bit longer whilst I re-establish my vision.>~ 'Wart' drew one conclusion from this explaination - 'Eyes' had messed up. This did not please the Parasitian, as 'Wart' had little tolerance for imperfection. ~<I can cope well enough defending this generator, but I'm now wondering if it's really wise to leave you defending the main generator. Were I to fail it would be a bearable loss, but should you fail...>~

~<Rest assured Wart, I do not intend to fail, and you shouldn't consider a failure on your part to be any light matter. When the need to do so arises, I'll contact you. Until then just do your job.>~ 'Wart' appeared to be satisfied with this answer, and decided that things were under control. ~<Very well.>~

'JAWS' - Dojopolis

'Jaws' continued to spend his time exploring Dojopolis, trying to understand why it's inhabitants did so many pointless things. They ate a wide multitude of strange things, all of which were called 'lunch', and none of which were alive. The notion of eating live food disgusted these people, though some didn't mind eating it raw.

After a few hours he'd had it, the stress of being in such an unbearably stupid place was getting to him. He was used to having the release of ripping one of these idiots apart whenever they began to annoy him too much, but laying low meant that he couldn't do any of that stuff.

~<Come on Eyes, how much longer do I have to do this for?>~ ~<As long as you need to. Just remember that our primary concern is to get these generators charged, nothing else.>~

LITTLE SISTER - Frozen North

Little Sister continued her assault on the invading team, hurling more and more serrated harpoons across the tundra.

((Not much of an update I know, but nobody from this team has replied to her last post ))

SILK - Frozen North

Silk continued to dig, finding that the snow got slushier as she drew even closer. It was quite difficult to breathe in this kind of substance, so she took a few moments to weave a snorkel for herself to catch her breath. After she'd taken another deep breathe, she decided to continue. It wouldn't be long now before she hit the cavern that contained the warp generator.

HOLLOWEYES - Black Forest

"Yes, he is." HollowEyes said coldly to Kiri. "I assume that the reason you're here is because you've successfully deactivated the generator you were sent to shut down?"

He really didn't want to have to deal with whatever Kiri was trying to pull, and with Addman... gone stopping this generator would prove to be even harder than they'd thought. Whether she was involved with Addman's murder or not, HollowEyes tried to keep one thing in mind as he glared at the questionable friend - all she cared about were those accursed Jaws.

"If that's not the case, I'd suggest you leave. We still have a generator to deal with ourselves."

GENKAKU - The Wilds

Well, he seems pissed.

Kiri snorted, letting a puff of smoke escape. "Panther and the others are taking care of it- they have more than enough members. They did run into one of your Jaws, which seemed to have turned sentient, like I said." She flicked the tip of her tail to one side, robbing a bush of half of its branches. "Despite both of your skill, I request to tag along, merely because you need more than two team members."

She snapped her wings closed, and watched EnD for a few moments. "Any ideas on what we should do with his body first?"

Panther shivered as the rain pelted down on the trio. Damn rain... The shapeshifter always hated the rain- she hated being submerged in water, and when it rained, it was like being in a breathable ocean... in a sense.

She shook her automail arm to free it of droplets. "I guess we should catch up with everyone else, eh?" She smiled weakly, crouching down again to scrutinize Melody. "You alright?" She said blatantly; caring for people really wasn't her thing.

Rai leaned against a very large tree in the Wilds, were the group had stopped to rest. Xuxi was curled around her feet (the puppet being sent back to who-knows-where); while Vatican and Ishi huddled around a fire that Micka had graciously set up. "If that shapeshifter rusts her automail, I'm going to beat her over the head with an alchemy book." The human whispered to break the silence, chuckling softly. "That stuff's expensive, y'know."

[Shaon]

~That sounds like a challenge!~

"Hey, you! Person that looks like Silk! Bite me!"

The experiment yelled out, officially probably sending herself out of the gene pool.

[EnDSchultz]

"Any ideas on what we should do with his body first?"

"I'm sorry..... but there is hardly anything left. There really isn't anything we can do with it. We'll just have to...move on, I guess."

The Predator is silent for a long while, staring at the ground blankly. After what seems like minutes, he shakes his head and turns to HollowEyes.

"Look, we've still got a job to do. We should get to it, then. Where to from here, you think?" he queries.

[Micka]

Slowly, Melody lifted her head from her arms, and looked briefly at Panther, before quickly casting her gaze to the ground.

"I... I'll be. Okay," she softly replied. "The others are waiting. That way." she pointed over her shoulder, into the forest and away from the path the Parasitian had taken.

Micka stood slightly apart from the others, looking out into the forest. The tree they had chosen to rest under afforded them some protection from the rain, and the fire helped keep away the cold. Though he was tired, and hungry, his first concern was Melody, and the effect that her defeat at the many hands of Vangohma had had on her.

[Coolpikaaa]

((Yaa! It's nice to see that this has started up again.))

The abandoned drilling machine 4 of 8 had managed to drive out of the cave was working well. As it hummed across the desert floor, small puffs of sand were lifted up then thrown back down, causing tiny whirlwinds to float around the otherwise still dunes. The rise in heat had no effect on the drone or the vehicle. Besides, the drone was on a mission.

The large machine was still far off, but high priority. Suddenly the driller swerved. The problem was not with the machine, but actually deep inside the driver. The borg parts were starting to lose control, as the static electricity from the host pikachu was causing chaos in the affected regions. As the Borg parts lost their strength, the rest of the body started to fight too.

The driller was zigzagging, crashing into cacti and hitting rocks. One side hit a rather large stone, breaking off a chunk of metal, and flipping the whole mess right over into a sand dune.
