So, yeah.

As I have previously mentioned, I've been planning a war of sorts.

As has been hinted in Concordat, the Paranesians have had a skirmish with the High Council, which ended with the half of Para held captive by Chronos unintentionally to be released.

So, assuming this battle takes place, it will be after the Concordat timeline-wise.

I'll elaborate tomorrow.

DP has been trying to gather support to overthrow said High Council for millenia, but with his recent ascension, his efforts have been thrusted into hyperdrive...as of now, I'm waiting for the right RP and time to release holy heck on the High Council....

DP is all but sure he'd win, because of the constant struggle he's had to maintain control over the Dojo. He's doing the High Council's dirty work, and is having trouble doing so...can someone say "The Oder of things"...He's just thinking like a strategist (which is a skill he perfected during his banishment when he had to work as a mortal) and gather the numbers needed to outnumber those who support the High Council.

If you talk with him, he might show you his hidden board that show's all the gods and spirits for the High Council, those that have pledged their support to DP, and those who are against the council but also against DP *coughcoughShaoncough*

So, what do you think?

Para is not against DP.

She was just rather mad that he ascended. She has never let emotions get in her way, though. Never will, either, if it's possible.

So, for all intents and purposes, we have

DP, Shaon, Kazumaru (who has recently become a Paranesian), Violet, and Kaimyr against a council that numbers in the hundreds.

We also possibly have Forte if he's around.

Is this correct?

Well, there is Net, who'd be useless, and Violet's Gods (funny joint custody thingy going on there) and her brother spirit/squrriel...But yeah...right now we're boned

Stop smiling Shaon, not that kind of boned, perv!

edit: But we do have one bartering chip: The Immortal's salvation called Blackstar, which is firmly under DP's control politically...if they put up to much of a fight, DP could always throw a switch and overload the warp core...which is well beyond the actions the High Council can dictate because it was well within his abilities when he was forced to live like a mortal.

I have an idea...a two part RP.

The immortals opposed to the High Council have a problem if civil war breaks out in the Dojo, as is what is about to happen in the Purge of Sin RP. If the High Council gets wind of this, they'll strip him of Blackstar and Chronos will run it himself.

So, one part of the RP takes place there, then we RP here in the background what is happening in the immortal realm, which this civil war might make us force our hand and overthrow the High Council sooner than later...

It'll certainly be interesting trying to roelplay the high council... Shocked

Just a thought, or an idea, considering that I have Violet's grandparents, perhaps one may be on The High Council. or is The High Council already decided......?

Fire
Water
Wind
Earth
Time

I kind of made a mention of The High Council threatening to take action... I hope that's ok.... It seemed the right time to do it, so I did... I've not put any of my characters on the high council, nor have I taken direct control, it's more of a threat....

Long story short, they were betrothed before DP's fall when they were both spirits...Some say DP's moved on, and some say Ashanti hasn't.

As for where this is going, will be interesting, since everyone wants to throw in their own twists and plots now. A four way war?
