Twas the Night before X-mas...

"Ow! Watch it will you?" Alakin complained as he rubbed the left side of his face, where Gabe had accidently hit him. He abandoned the machine gun and hefted the 'big gun', the '94mm High Explosive Cannon', he launched a shell towards Addman's tree stump, another towards Fade's tree and another towards Cloud. Smiling in satisfaction, he changed back to the machine gun and continued his rain of bullets.

Fade nodded at Clouds suggestion, Sapphire Dagger drawn now as well as the handgun she'd picked up.

Noticing another, much larger turret turning and pointing in her direction the assassin turned and ran as fast as she could, her injuries reopening and spilling more blood as she went.

It was a good job too, as she heard a loud explosion behind her, shattering the tree and making her tumble. Now without any cover, Fade sucked in a breath as she stood up and began to fade into the background.

The mutant carefully and silently ran around the opposite side of the tank to Addman, just before the bullets hit her position, her ability meant that any blood that dripped out of her after she became invisible would stay that way for twenty minutes. And drip it did, as she hadn't had time to bandage herself up.

*Addman popped his head over the top of a tree stump to see why the hail of bullets had stopped. An explosion to his right alerts him that this tank had more tricks up it's sleeve than just a machinegun.

Seeing an opportunity, Addman ducks and runs towards a fallen tree around the back of the tank, but suddenly, he feels the floor vibrate rapidly as an explosion rips the ground apart behind him. The force from this blast flings him through the air like a rag doll, and he lands on top of the tank with a nasty flop. He takes a moment to compose himself, then inspects the entrance hatch.

Trying to shake the ringing in his ears, Addman grabs hold of the hatch handle and gives it a good yank. It appeared to be bolted down tightly from the inside. He doubted that his weapon would be enough to penetrate the hull of the tank, nor did he suppose he had the energy to summon up a blast from the Scimitar at that moment ((The previous explosion had him shook up a little still, but he's trying to shake that)). Still, he had another idea. He climbed down from the turret and onto the main body of the tank, hoping that the turret didn't suddenly swing around and knock him off*

Cloud! Give this hatch a concentrated bolt of lightning! Now!

*Gabe came round to his senses suddenly, grunted an apology for the hit in the face and stood up. or tryed, as Goron said - it was very cramped in this tank and he was a large individual. He saw the exit hatch and moved a hand towards it to open it when he hear someone land on the roof*

"Gah?"

*He looked at Goron but Goron just shrugged so Gabe grabbed the hatch and heaved it open... just in time to duck a massive lightning bolt*

"GAHHH"

*Gabe lept out of the tiny hatch and onto the roof to see Addman sprawled at the edge*

[Cloud]

((I would appreciate it if you actually waited for me to throw the lightning bolt first. ))

*The massive explosion by the tank was enough to weaken the barrier, it was still up but had holes in various places. As soon as Addman shouted out the order, Cloud focused all his energies to break away from his body. The barrier around him dropped instantly. Now in spirit form, he felt magic surge through him and instantly threw a lightning bolt at the spot that Addman indicated.

Seeing Gabe pop his head out of the tank, Cloud tried to blast him with ice. He hoped this would distract him enough so that Addman could take control of the tank quicker.*
