Oh Behave 2: Day Trip

Ravil let out a squeal as she heard Matron's voice, crouched down and covered her ears. She hated loud noises, and managed to scuttle backwards while she was still crouched. She wasn't aware that two extra arms had grown and were helping block out the noise, or that on the back of her legs red scales had started forming.

She began looking around the place for places in which she could curl up in. She was starting to get frantic with her search until she found what looked like the perfect place to hide. Only those who could fly or climb walls would be able to reach it, and she doubted anybody would want to come join her up there.

Very slowly, a tear rolled down her cheek. It was a misty red colour, but still a tear as Ravil had just realised she had no friends, no family, nothing.

Laur and Leon gathered in, a little behind the rest of the children to hear what the Matron was saying.

They both looked around as they did, Laur more noticing the people while Leon was more interested in the environment. Two pairs of large bright blue eyes looking around as innocently as kids can get.

Laur looked up to see a creature on the roof, and pointed it out to Leon, all the while pointing at Ravil.

"She looks sad" Leon commented to his sister as he stared up, wondering just how he could get up there to try and help. "Maybe we should talk to her? Make friends?"

Laurs bright blue eyes looked a little scared by the creature after having stared at it for a while, before she looked down again and turned her head. "I don't like her" she stubbornly stated, looking around for anyone else to talk to.

"Hey!" little Leon waved his ams around as he called up to Ravil "come down, I'll be your friend?"

Ravil turned her head as she saw the waving arm and took hre ands away from her ears in time for her to hear him say "I'll be your friend". She smiled and wiped away the tear.

"Right...wait, don't want four arms, want two, eight legs, nothing else."

She focused on the wanted shape and felt some satisfaction as the scales and extra arms left. She quickly scuttled back down the bus. She hadn't been aware that her body had gone up it again, but hey, worse had happened to her.

She sighed as her lower half started twisting and moving about as her upper half gained an extra set of arms. Sometimes her body decided to change itself without consulting the brain first, and she wasn't sure why.

She looked around for Leon, her red eyes flickering over everybody until they settled on him. She decided not to go up to him right now, as she was uncomfortable with the general leve lof noise Matron made when she spoke and he was standing a bit too close to her for Ravil's ears to be able to handle it.

[Cloud]

*Bored and confused as to why he was actually in this place, Cloud began once again to investigate this strange place. The Matron had to call out to him but he didn't really listen. Threatening him with sending him back home did the trick though and from then on he stayed with the group. He awaited for further instructions while trying to stop himself wander off. Suddenly he felt lonely as he realised the rest of the children had formed groups.*

[Laur Doyle]

Leon smiled as Ravil came down off the bus, while Laur pretended she was more interested in the Matron.

The little boy frowned as Ravil didn't come any closer, though he looked more interested in the changes she'd gone through as she came down. He took a step forwards then grabbed his twins arm.

"Come on"

"But I don't-" Laur protested as she was pulled forwards by her arm.

"Hi" Leon said as he walked up to Ravil, Laur looking everywhere but at her "I'm Leon. What's your name?"

Ravil started fiddling with her hair absent mindedly with one arm as she started to smile a bit more.

"I'm Ravil."

She said shyly as her arm stopped playing with her hair and fell back to her side. The end of her tail, at the same time, started to move slightly to a song she had stuck in her head.

"Say 'hi'"

Leon said to his sister, who looked at Ravil with fear.

"Um, hi"

She said, then yanked her arm away from her brother and ran in the opposite direction, back towards the other children.

"Sorry... She's my sister" Leon said, as if this explained everything "So, you wanna be friends?"

[GBE]

((Right, I'm just going to give this a bit of a shift. I hope everyone is still interested! And what happened to all of you lot with yur random subplots. Or has junking out over Christmas dulled your sense of creativity..? ))

Matron pointed to Choir Boy Mac, "Correct! Form into groups of two, and stay together! Now, come along children and stay close. We don't anyone falling down any pits and dying, now do we?!" Somthing in her voice made that sound like a threat, a promise and a wish all at the same time, especially with the look she gave the children, esoecially the known trouble makers, Goron and Cloud.

She begins to stride towards one of the ruins, and occasionally stops to point out a historical fact about Blackstar, the people from this region and other parts of history. They come across a narrow bridge and stops, she turns to each of the children, "Now. You must cross the bridge, single file, only two at a time, or you'll fall." She smiles as she imagines this.

Josh had to stop himself giggling from Aara's scream and smiled at her with bright eyes, his were an odd mix of blue and silvery white. "I'm Josh." He pauses as Matron demands they work in twos and looks a Aara, his eyes light up as he gets an idea, "We work together?" he nods his head at Aara enthusiastically...

Seth now stood on his own looks a bit sullen about having to work with someone, he really didn't know. And they were all away from him. He found himself traipsing at the back of the group, trying to keep out of Matrons view, just in case he got told off...

[Laur Doyle]

"Want to be my partner? Laur usually is but I don't mind working with someone else"

Leon said, smiling bright at the morpher. His bright blue eyes reflected his sincerity and honesty.

Meanwhile, Laur found herself lurking away from the other children. She found herself in proximity to Seth and another boy, neither of which she'd ever seen before.

She looked back around to see her brother ask Ravil if she wanted to be his partner, and felt jealousy that he'd pick another over his own sister to be his partner. Little Laur looked around, seeing three others without partners. All boys ((Cloud, Seth and Till)).

Laur shrugged before approaching one of them.

"Hi, I'm Laur. Want to be my partner?"

Ravil bit her lip to stop herself frm crying. Nobody had ever been so...so kind to her. "Sure, I'll be your partner." She said to Leon before she slowly returned the smile he had given her.

[Cloud]

Leons smile turned into a beaming grin as Ravil accepted his proposal, and smiled back at him, albeit slowly.

"That's great" Leon said sincerely, then glanced over to where the other children were "Let's go before we we get left behind"

"Yes... Hey, wait for me!"

The little brown haired and blue eyed girl called as she ran after Cloud, moving through the path of dazed children that he'd left. Laur stopped just in front of the bridge, scaring herself as she thought she'd have ran straight off.

Laur takes in several sharp breaths before she speaks.

"I'm his... partner. So... I'm going... too"

[Raven]

Aara bit her lip lightly as she pondered this. "Ok!" She said, grinning. She grabbed Josh's hand and began to pull him towards the line. "Let's try be near the front!" Her small, high pitched voice chirped happily.

Young Uggel and Young Gerard hop off of the bus. Immidetly, Uggel slams Gerad against the bus.

"Today's Protection fee. You owe me uhh... lets see... " Uggel says as he counts his fingers "Uh... Two...Three... One... Eight... Seven... How much do you owe me again?"

Gerard smiles and holds up one finger "Uh... One yen. Here" He says as he puts one yen into Uggels big, Orkish hands. Uggel lets go of Young Gerard and holds up the coin in the air

[Cloud]

*Cloud cautiously walked across the bridge, he felt like Indiana Jones. Suddenly groups of warriors ran out of the clearing, each aiming arrows at him. He wondered if he felt like cake it would become true but thought better of trying, now wasn't the time to be covered in icing. Since his weapons were confiscated and he knew no magic at this young age he didn't know what to do. The Matron spoke up.*

It's alright children, these are native to this land. They won't harm you unless you offend them.

*Hoping that the Matron wasn't a liar by nature Cloud continued his journey across the bridge. Once halfway he turned around and looked at Laur (Presumably she followed) then proceeded to rock the bridge, trying to scare her.
