Fade said, returning the poisoned daggers to her pocklet and then tightening the earmuffs around her head. Saving her hearing was her top priority, shooting guns without any protection had the ability to render her almost completely deaf. Guns and Fade do not mix well.

The assassin began to rummage around in the back of the bike, forunately finding some guns rather than post-it notes. She withdrew a handgun and sighted along the barrel. It'd do for her purposes.

Fade then found a few magazines of ammo, one was put inside the gun and the others disappeared in one of Fade's inside pockets.

"Try and catch them up, get as close as possible. If I can hit Cornelius, he should reappear back inside the Corrupted Cave in the cloner. Then we can get rid of these pests"

Panther glared at the short people. "Go. Away. Now." She growled, looking each one in the eye. They were all decked out in Christmas-y outfits, and were poking her with candycanes. She quickly morphed some wings and jumped into the sky, the elves yelling after her.

Kiba glanced backwards, his hands gripped tightly on the wheel. "Damn, I loathe being human... Oh crap!" He yelled, seeing a woman with a shotgun. He dug under the seat and pulled out a small grenade, and pulling the pin out with his teeth, tossed it back towards his pursuers. Thankfully, he could see the bright white of the Tundra ahead. "Mr. Cornelius, mind getting a coat from the back for me? Thanks. You'll be good for a while with just your fur, trust me, I know."

*Cloud floated towards the Manta, he had to catch up to Goron. Cloud's body shouted out to Seph.*

Time to go!

*Cloud's body jumped out of his seat and successfully landed on top of his spirit, merging them both together. This didn't even slow him down as he ran at full speed to the fighter. He didn't even realise he was still carrying Seph's weapon until he had ran a few metres. He slinked it on his back next to his demon sword and just hoped that Goron hadn't fled too far from the Manta. Suddenly what looked like meteorites pelted down from the heavens. Unbeknowst to Cloud this was the work of colour blind elves hiding out in the tree tops, their only way of seeing was through a magical candy cane they were all carrying.*

"Trust me... they won't. This thing has an "interesting" security device."

Goron scanned the controls until he found a bright, glowing button, which he pushed. There was the sound of hyrdrolics kicking into action beneath the ship, then a large thump. ((Beleive it or not, that's not the landing gear.))

Goron skidded down the ramp, and turned to look under the ship. The hydrolic clamps had released the Guardian's Heavy Assualt vehicle of choice, the M101 Tank. Grinning slightly, Goron scurried over to the tank and pried over the driver's hatch. He slid inside and flipped a switch so the gunner hatch popped open as well.

"Get in!" he cried to Alakin as he closed the driver hatch and the machine roared to life.

Several members of the swarm had been knocked out the sky by the Gaurdians Manta fighter, but not all unfortunately for them. Having landed not far from the boulders blocking the road, to which the vehicle containing Gabriel Kiba and Cornelius would find themselves quickly approaching with no safe diversions, Goron would have found himself not far from the company of the wasps in that area.

Having seen the Manta's landing descent, some had taken off and headed towards it, ready for some action. Nearing the tank, the smaller wasps descend first, attempting to swarm into the vehicle.

Meanwhie those pursuing after Cornelius and co were still gaining. A few were within arms reach. One had managed to land on top of the vehicle, and had a clawed hand poised to kill who it assumed to be Cornelius...

Daggers and Guns... this is going to be painful thought Gabriel - he swung out of the car and onto its rear spreading his wings wide, 2 of the daggers stuck in his right wing while one went past and hit the floor.

"AHhhhhh" he screaming and pulled them out.. nothing bleeds from him but the magic working in his wings was damaged slightly.

Then he saw the rocks..

"We cant stay in this car guys, look ahead"

As they saw wahat was ahead Gabriel jumped up onto the top of the car, spun round fired some fireballs quickly at the persuers (not very powerful) and grabbed his companions from the car jumping into the air.

"AHh that hurts"

His left wing was having to take alot of the strain but it was enough to get them over the rocks blocking the road.

"Im going to need more power but you guys might not like how grumpy I get"

With that he placed one palm against the floor and looked upwards withhis eyes a green glow. His arm began to wrap and grow from the contact with the floor spreading up to his shoulder and through his body, his armor expanded to allow for the extra muscle being created. His skin lost its blue tattoos and instead became an onyx black where no heat could be felt.
His sword changed aswell. The flames disapeared and the hilt changed into leather bindings which wrapped round creating a handle. The top of the blade grew outwards both ways forming it finally into a very mean looking axe. Tarnished with mutilcoloured stains. But flawless in design. Gabe (as he is known in this form) then grunted and nodded towards the others - signalling it was time to move.

Kiba huffed at being hoisted up into the air like a ragdoll. Cornelius, on the other hand, seemed to be enjoying it. The transformed pokemon coked his head to one side at Gabriel's sudden change- he read a little about said ally in their member records, but was loathe at the time to really pay attention to any of it. He stood from the ground he had been dropped on, huffed, and brushed himself off. "Aye, I get it. C'mon, Mr. Cornie. We best be gettin' on our way." He said, picking up the EC's mascot in one arm. "It's at these times I wish I were a tropius- or at least a beedrill. Something with wings..." Kiba mumbled dreamily, before beginning to sprint down the path they were on. The icey-blue of the Tundra wasn't far ahead...

Unfortunately, the road to the tundra had a around fifty humanoid wasps standing in the way,and there were another 35 (this taking into account those who were killed by the manta and Gabe's fireballs) standing behind the group. All of them looking very determined. One of them steps forwards and points a finger at Cornelius, "You are overdue a death".
About five from either side charge forwards towards the group, four for Cornelius, three for Kiba and three for Gabe..

The tank rolled in from the jeep's right, plowing over trees and coming to a rest beside the road block. Popping open the hatch, Goron poked his head out.

"I suggest you all move... now," he said, giving the wasps a steely stare.

Gabe roared into a rage moving with surprising lightning speed towards the wasps that were heading towards his companions, ignoring those aimed at himself.
Swinging his axe high in the air he cleaved the first wasp clean in two and using the momentum brought it up through the head of a second.
One of the wasps stuck its stinger into Gabes leg but it broke on contact due to the unusual hardness of his skin. Gabe retorted by simply punching through its chest leaving a medium sized hole.
Cornelius in the pokemons body sneezed causing fire to come out of his nostrils..accidentaly setting alight one of the other wasps.

Suddenly the three that were concentrating on Gabe personally surrounded him and moved in circles with lightning speed making a blurred cirCle which began to confuse him and make him dizzy. Wherever he swung his axe he didnt seem to make contact.

((Gabes gonna need a hand here..Nice to see you turn up Goron))

*The Manta was deserted. Cloud swore and quickly looked around, he couldn't let Goron get away that easily. There was nothing unusual about the vehicle but tracks led away from it indicating that Goron and his companion had fled in another mode of transport. He decided to follow the tracks. Once again Cloud ran like the wind hoping to catch up to the slippery fish known only as Goron40.*

The three wasps moving percularly fast around Gabe begin releasing a poison spore that's made by them releasing the venom in their stingers as they move with such speed. Travelling in the slight 'vortex' being created, the venom is quickly broken down so to speak and is carried almost like a vapour. The wasps being immune to it, have no reaction to it...

One of the wasps just stares at Goron defiantly. A swarm of the smaller wasps take flight and charge Goron's tank, looking for any and every entrance with which to get in and cause as much havoc and pain as possible...

Drone found herself angry that someone had so readily dispatched a few of her offspring. He would have to be taught a lesson. But for now, she knew exactly where Cornelius. Some of the nearby swarm move in closer towards Cornelius, ready to kill...

((This would be a perfect oppurtunity for the EC to sign up for access to the Hive Mind! It's nothing like the Borgs! Wink

))

((I knew I'd get bored of that, anyway, time to play catch up. I'm sure Swix has been annoyed that she's been stranded on my bike for a week))

*Addman, who had been following Seph and Cloud for a while lost sight of the Mantis.*

Damn, where did they go?

*He entered a small clearing only to find a smouldering ship crashed on the ground. He pulled up beside Cloud who appeared to be following some nearby tracks on foot*

Get on, it'll be faster on this bike. Swix has a good idea that if we kill Cornie, he'll pop up back up in the cave as per usual. We'll hunt them down like dogs!

Gabe was becoming further and further confused by these encircling wasps.. and they seemed to be emitting a gas, it made him groggy. He began to lash out violently but with no particular skill in aim. His eyesight became further and further more blurred.

In a final attempt Gabe summoned his strength and smashed his fists onto the ground causing a radial shockwave to be sent out uprooting the groudn around him and throwing it up in the air. Then he passed out.
