Obed, the winged feline, enters the room dressed in a snappy new tuxedo, and carrying an attache case.

He procedes over to Shadowveil, opens the case and takes out an exquisite box of swiss chocolate truffles, a hardbound, first edition book of the collected works of e. e. cummings, a CD of Beethoven's "Pastoral Symphony", a faceted cut-glass, leaded crystal "Rose" statuette, and a neon orange super-bouncy ball. He places them on a stand infront of the birthday girls, and says.

"Classy gifts for a classy Lady."

He turns snappily, and strides back towards the door.

However, little did he know, but as he turned, the tux tails brushed the stand, causing the super-bouncy ball to roll off and hit the floor, which sent it flying. It hit him in the back of the head, making him fall on his face, looking stupid. The ball then proceded to bounce around the room, hitting several of the others at the party gathering.
