One does not just 'contact' the EC. One engages with the EC if and when they are ready. Did it occur to you to message the Headmaster, Fort? Simple yet effective, eh?

HollowEyes stops tipping a hazardous waste barrel into the Imitation Pixie Punch bowl, and accidentally spills the glowing contents everywhere. He didn't need to worry about cleaning it up though, as it quickly ate through the floor.

"I occassionally try my hand at Imitation Pixie Punch, but most agree it's just not the same."
