The True King/Queen of Psychotopia...

Crowns. They're interesting little buggers, despite their simple lifestyle. They feed off the psychological stimuli of other life-forms. To do so, they scurry up behind someone and sit on their head. Quite embaressing if you ask me. They're very selective, often waiting millenia before finding a 'good enough' host. But when one comes along, boom, goodbye hat and hello parasticic *happy spices* made out of some kind of wierd metal thing. Just one warning: Don't try to pick one up, they bite.

Of course, Net knew nothing about crowns (his speciality being useless, pointless things like Quantum Physics and the Space/Time continuum.), and when he picked up the dusty old thing he got an aweful shock when it bit him, screamed 'Fark off, I'm trying to sleep' at him in a shrill voice and jumped behind a cupboard. Vowing to never do spring cleaning for DP again, he leaned down and read the label of the now de-crowned bust.

'The original king of Psychotopia, his likeness preserved for all eternity in this cheapo chineese bust. Some say his decendants still lurk the city, waiting for a chance to strike back at the 'Tyrant' that 'stole' their rightful place at the head of Psychotopian royal societ-'

Boom! Net sqeuals as a large chunk of roof suddenly becomes floor. He runs up the stairs, hoping to get to the bottom of all this.

Psychotopia sure was weird. Not only were there no cookie shops in the entire shopping district, it had suddenly begun to rain salad, Addman's natural enemy. He was hardly surprised when a large booming noise was heard from the Psychotopian temple up ahead, but what did startle him was a girly scream which sounded like Net. Actually, it wasn't that shocking as the EC had all gotten used to that scream after Net came to the Halloween Party late and seen a room full of demons dressed as lawyers.

The ooking of battlemonkeys could also be heard in the distance. Perhaps the silly little simians had finally turned on their cruel trainer, or they were playing with the dynamite shaped like bannas again. Even so, Addman slinks away towards the temple to find out what's going on.

Battlemonkey Sniper: ...Hello, what do we have here? Looks like someone's intruding on our fun. Shall I... 'Incapacitate' him?
Battlemonkey Leader: We have strict orders from HQ. Retrieve the crown and keep casualties to a minimum. Just stay here and make sure noone tries to get in.

*The battlemonkeys enter the palace, leaving the sniper in his nest to defend their flank.*

Battlemonkey Sniper: ...Screw that.

*A loud, high-pitched pulse echos off distant buildings as the sniper unleashes firey death on whoever was in his cross-hairs at the time.*

*As Addman walks toward the cause of the disturbance, a loud shot is heard that echos around the currently deserted area. A speeding bullet flies towards Addman, and makes contact with a cookie he was holding up, ready to place in his mouth. It shatters into a million pieces. Addman's eyes narrow*

You shall pay!

*His new nemesis would surely feel his wrath, once Addman figured out where the shot came from. He ran towards the direction he thought he heard the sound, ducking behind various street paraphenalia and oddly shaped automobiles (as are used in Psychotopia).

*The bullet shatters a full length mirror which one of the crudely designed Psychotopian cars uses as a wing mirror. Addman catches the flash from the bullet chamber in the mirror before it explodes into a thousand tiny shards, giving away the sniper's position*

That's seven years bad luck, starting now!!

*Addman leaps onto a nearby drainpipe, climbing up it towards the roof. He then began to leap across the rooftops towards the sniper's nest, using the various bumps of the manufactured terrain to provide himself with cover as he ran, ducking behind air vents, and trying to stay out of sight.*

*The Snier pulls out a regulation BFG and fires at random, clearing the nearby roof of potential cover.*

*One of the blasts hits pretty close to Addman, blowing away a air conditioning unit, and sending him sliding towards the edge of the building*

Oh for the love of crumbs!!!

*He leaps back up to his feet, and makes a dramatic leap to the next building. He's only one more building away from the sniper nest now. Whipping out a cookie grenade, he hurls it towards the sniper, hoping to score a direct hit and impair his vision long enough for him to get there*

*Raven was leaning againsed a tree. Her eye's closed and a vacent expression on her fave. She opened one eye at the sound of the noise. Seeing the fight, she glared.* "Always when I'm trying to slepp..." *She mumbled. Slowly getting up, she started to walk towards the fighting. Unsheathing her sword, and donning her cloak for better movement as she walked.*

Sniper: What do we have here... *A sniper whispered to himself, looking at her carefully.* "It seems there is another one spoiling our fun..." *He smiled* "Oh well...Guess I'll have to eliminate this one...." *He took aim and fired a barrel of bullets towards Raven with blinding speed....*

Suddenly, the door behind the snipers is kicked open as a security guard steps out, not dressed in any regulation clothing, he's normally undercover. He's pointing two 15mm pistols at the snipers, "Drop your weapons simian scum!"

*As the Sniper ran, Addman could see him clearly as he was stillcovered in cookie crumbs, and Addman had an almost supernatural ability to track anything cookie related. He dropped to the floor and gave chase, slobbering like a hungry pitbull with overactive saliva glands while it looks at a poster of steaks conveniently placed over a female dog's "secret" places*

*The bullets shot towards Raven. Time seemed to slow as she dived to the side, one hitting her leg.* "DAMN!" *She shouted. Glaring at the sniper.* "Your going to regret that...." *A fireball appeared in her palm, burning and growing. Turning blue and white, she hurteled it in the direction of the sniper. Just before it hit him, it contracted. Turning into a small concentrated ball. As it hit him square in the chest it expanded, engulfing him in the flames. She looked up at him, smiling at the sight. *"Wonder if he's dead....Oh well..."*She walked away towards the fight again.*

The security gaurd dropped to the floor as the fireball came hurtling up towards the roof, and looks in horror at a burning monkey. This is not something he's encountered in this strange place.

Standing up, h runs to the edge of the roof to see a blue furball racing after the invisible simian, he mutters, "Maybe it's a dog or something..."
