after some time of waiting Rin starts walking off ahead of everyone else to scout the forest area, eventualy coming to the edge he looks out into the plains and spots somthing lar off into the distance then starts heading back to inform everyone. However his return trip is cut short by a low growling sound in the trees behind him

i dont have a frelling hourglass. you're the one who made me imortal after all. Bak'ka/ *he soon banishes the though again and steps out onto the forst floor. he dosent bat an eyelid at the spectical of death all around them, and idily blasts a tree out of his way.*

you wouldnt stand a chance, deamon boy. *he slaps him absently on the back. of course, his slap is like a sledge hammer, but who's counting?

he follows Zamiel through the forest, noting Rins dissaperance, but not making much of it. he kicks a half alive mongoose off the path and grins viciously at its pained squeal*

"Hey...Dog boy.."

Zamiel turned his icy gaze to Rin, just as a bird fell out of a tree, twitching.

"Looky looky..."

He raises a taloned hand and points towards the light a good long way away, it seems to be a little circle with boxes all around it, in the middle there is a large cone-like object.

"City... People live in citiesss....people have sssouls..."

Zamiel smiles before melting into a pool, the pool sinks into the ground and dissapears as it begins to take the express route via links in the planets energy, he would be at the city in no time.

Rin watches Zamiel disappear and sighs, knowing how he seems to kill alot of things it would be a good idea to keep an eye on him.... however that left the problem of the others who had come through at the moment. Ignoring the growling Rin continues back towards them. "well... i guess were going that way" he says in a slightly polite yet commanding way as he points in the direction of the city.

Alakin entered the laboratory, looking around he saw the rift, curious he touched it and vanished into it. Suddenly he felt as though he was being stretched and compressed at the same time, he cried out in pain and the feeling stopped, then he fell to the floor. Getting up, he looked around, he was in a forest of some kind, at the foot of a nearby tree, a bird lay twitching. To the left of the tree there was some kind of city. Nearby there was a tall person wearing a black outfit, probably some kind of Ninja and a black-haired human, though there was something not human about him. Going up to them he asked,
"Could you tell me where we are and who you are and what that rift was?"

he springs into the air, heavy set wings spread wide and beating the air he calls down the Rin*

just follow the screams when you get there! *a gravely quality to his voice makes the joke seem all to real as he dissappears from the groups view. he follows Zamiels lead and makes haste towards the city. he is already able to smell the lives on the air, fresh blood. with some annoyance he realises he is falling far behind his Sire and he grits his teeth. he puts on speed, no where near enough to catch up though, and jets towards the City.*

((Right, I'd have prefered to entered this slightly earlier, however, this is my late entry post, and plot device post. Hmmmm, who to pick.... Got it.....))

Adam and Jo had been exploring a few extra doors within the Mobius Continuum. They had an in-depth idea and feeling of what doors lead to when and where. They tried to avoid the when doors asbad things happen when time gets changed.

However, the where doors were completely fair game. Suddenly a new door had appeared somewhere in the continuum. It should not have been there. Much like many other doors that eventually closed. But this one, wasn't going to close.

The place it lead too had been there an age, but the method of arrival seemed to have a negative effect upon others. They'd exited the Continuum at the site of the portal, slightly too late. Jo turning to Adam, "It looks like we get to go on an adventure."

Adam looking a little dismayed, "Every adventure we go on turns into saving the world, saving time, or seeing something horrific. Mostly, its horrific."

Jo, beaming with confidence and pride, "We're still alive baby bro. And besides, we haven't done anything interesting in ages. Pleeeeease, I don't wanna go on my own." She knew Adam wouldn't want to stay on his own.

Adam thinks about it for a moment, "Okay, but we go there through our own portals. That rift looks kind of poorly made." Nodding, Jo smiles, and conjures up a door for them. Stepping through into the blackness, they seem to move rapidly towards a door which opens to the other side of the rift.

Stepping out just in time to see the strange demon form into a pool of something and begin moving towards the city, she decides to follow. Just in case though, she wanted Adam to join the group on foot in case they got into any trouble.

Appearing seemingly out of nowhere, Adam is behind the other members of the group. He says nothing, even though he's not trying to hide, he's just incredibly shy around anyone including his own sister.

Jo, on the other hand, bashful, fun and confident selects a door nearto the outskirts of the city. She looks around at the city and at the forest opening. Smiling, she strolls into the city, unafraid, hoping to get a good look around. New places were always fun to explore.

Zamiel re-appeared through the floor in the centre of the city, scattering screaming women and children, he climbed through the floor again, near the massive cone building, it had turned out to be a temple, he felt he may as well pay the Monks or Preists a visit.

Before he could enter, something caught his eye, it was a massive obelisk with what seemed to be a guide of some sorts, other towns where around her also, it showed laws, places, systems and gods, he scanned through this line, but what he found made him smile.

*Cloud had just entered the laboratory. He was on his way to drink a lifetimes supply of pixie punch and thought he'd ask Seph if he wanted any. He knew something bad had happened here, the rift in the middle of the room was a dead giveaway. He could also sense a powerful demon had been here. He looked at the note near the rift and smiled as he knew the fun was just beginning. Stepping through the rift and onto the other side he saw some people in the distance. He ran as fast as he could to catch up with them*

When Zamiel looks at the obelisk this is what he sees

CITYS:

In this area of the world three major citys have been built, one at the border of each of the northern and southern forests, and another by the sea. Each houses its own military and in general is much safer than neiboring villages and towns. All three citys have temples for worship, and various other buildings that are of use to the population, be they adventurer or craftsmen, soldier or trader. Each city also has an academy where one can study advanced magics and lost technologys.

Alchanthos:
The port city of Alcanthos has long been a place where all may live in peace together without the threat of attack from the Karlakian or Reikzen armys, however due to strong loyaltys by some occasional arguements and fights are both inevitable and unavoidable, as such certine laws have been put in place to keep these to a miminum. This city has a japanese feel to it and houses the largest population of the three coastal citys

-Shining Tide Alchemy shop (potions)

- Alcanthian Defenders Barracks

-Academy of Alcanthos (school of all things)

-all within the walls of Alcanthos are expected to respect one another reguardless of heritige, any problems may be settled in the arena

Alcanthian Defenders (military)- This is the Military of Alcanthos, their goals are to protect the city at all costs

Umbrarum- god of shadows (son of Lunae and Craesum)
Lunae- goddess of the night and water, lady of the moon
Alzanar- god of knowledge and stratagy
Zamiel- god of death, disease and the lord of winter and fall
Leimaz- goddess of life and health, lady of spring and summer

Craesum - God of the day and fire, lord of the sun
Zraline - goddess of the winds and fortune
Miran- goddess of love and magic
Garek- god of the earth, agriculture and crafts

Reikzen:
This gothic city is reminicent of medival europe and has long served as a safe haven for its people with its high stone walls. The people here live a slightly harsher life due to the rain and almost raids by the Karlakian military, along with the Shining blade, however they seem to be much closer nit than most people are and over the years have become adept with both spell and sword. The commen dress here are dark clothing, and most men have a sword worn at all times. this towns entire water supply comes from underground springs

-stealing is forbidden
-murder is forbidden
-vandalism is forbidden
-all may wear swords

guilds:
-Military- this is the Reikzen military, their main focus is defending the city
-Lunar Knights- This privatly founded guild is made of up those Reikzen who have decided to take up arms to defend the innocent and defend their home land, it was founded in 347 A.C. by a group of farmers and soldiers after a raid by the Karlakian military

This roman style city is surronded bt thick stone walls and trys to keep a large enough military force for both offence against the Reikzens and defence from thevarious monsters and abominations that inhabit the lands outside. The people of Karlakticus are very religious and willingto accept anyone who dose not appear to be aligned with the Reikzen, they generaly wear bright cloths and local law only permits those of noble status to wear armor or weapons within the walls of the city

-stealing from a rank higher than you is forbidden, though you may do what you wish(within reason) with those of lower rank
-dueling is permitted for those who hold a rank of noble or higher
-a peasent who strikes one of noble rank or higher becomes the property of that person if he or she so chooses
-anyone of a higher rank than you may raise your rank to any below theirs if they so choose
-murder is forbidden
-no trespassing
-no vandalism
-only nobles or higher may wear a weapon within the city walls at any time
-you may not wear the colors of any class above yours

guilds:
-Military- This is the Karlakian army, charged by the lord with defending the city and hunting down Reikzen that stray from their protective walls
-Shining Blade- The fighters guild of Karlakticus, some say that is has been around since the city was founded as there is no record of when or why it was created, like the Lunar Knights this is a privatly founded guild and as such the missions and jobs avalable are up to the current leader

the color of armor (of any type) dose not matter exept that only the lord may have gold and/or white on his actual armor, any cloth showing however, capes for example, are still under the law

Zamiel grinned, it was about time somebody showed some appreciation for the Demon-King, haha, He was a god, time to put this to some use.

He slowly encircled the Temple, looking for a way in, the entrance was gaurded by Monks, they seemed to be nice chaps, so he didnt think that they would like the view of the god of death turning up on their doorstep, as he reached the back, a massive stain-glass window stood, in the picture of some guy holding a sword or something, he didnt pay much attention to him, but it was still a nice painting.

He bent his legs slightly and leapt up to one platform, reaching incredible heights, he leapt up again to the next ledge untill he was at the very top, there was also a Stain-glass ceiling, very fancy, he stood just on the rim, it was the symbol of the sword or whatever it was, he tapped it with a long, taloned finger to check how brittle it was, he grinned before casting aside his long cloak, revealing a dark metal like body, it was spiked on his shoulders and limbs, looking like a demon with metal grafted onto it instead of skin, he walked out around the rim of the glass before taking a step back, he spread his arms like a bird and hopped, head-first into the stain-glass window, smashing it instantly.

As he entered the temple, it was much larger than it looked from the outside, they must have cut into the living rock much deeper than they had on the outside, as he fell, speeding as he did so, Monks looked up at the image of him falling, stain-glass shrapnell falling with him, sharp intakes of breath were heard, one or two monks ran away from the incident, while others drew Bo-staff like weapons, but they were all held loosely as the waited upon him hitting the floor.

Zamiel began to laugh, a shrill metallic voice, reaching every corner of the temple.
