Interesting... I wasn't sure what you were going to do with these, but they go well with your Safari thread, so run with it. (Also helps that these are non-combat items... ^_^ Nice to see some constructive products.)

However, since you've taken these directly from Pokémon, I'm going to hold you to the Pokémon world rules... which means you can't sell Masterballs. You may have ONE Masterball as a Special Item if you choose, but I cannot supply you with a stock of them.

Psychotopian exclusive types of capture balls would also be very interesting to see!

You can buy poke stuff at a store? or is this a work in progress. How does the poke-tch cost 200Y?!? Is it because it's special? Could I charge a lot for alien technology? I just got an idea.

Some of these items seem awfully cheap coolpikaaa, if it were me I'd be charging more for them...

Anyways, just thought that I'd help you out by digging up some images to go with your items:

I'm not sure if there are newer sprites to replace those ones (I think they're from Ruby/Sapphire? Not 100% sure), and I haven't got a poke-tch sprite, but hopefully these'll help in some way .

Why do you think there cheap? How much would you charge?

I think that they're cheap because you can usually earn 50 or more with a single half-decent post. Since coolpikaaa's cornered the market on pokeballs (we can really only use them in his thread), why shouldn't he charge a bit more for them?

If it was me, I'd probably have it at about:

Pokeball: 100
Great ball: 300
Ultra ball: 600

Pokeballs are the cheapest, simply because they're the worst kind of ball and you need them to play coolpikaaa's safari game. Every couple of posts you make, you can afford one of these, so it's not all that unrealistic.

Great balls and Ultra balls could be considered a luxury item rather than a necessity, as you only really buy them if you want to increase your success rate/catch better pokemon. You don't have to have either of these balls if you just want to play coolpikaaa's safari game, as you can already play with ordinary pokeballs.

I'll admit that the Ultraball would seem a bit on the pricey side of things, but if coolpikaaa's giving the balls the same kinds of odds that they get in the game, the Ultraball's pretty much the same as a Master Ball (unless you're going for a legendary or something).

Coolpikaaa may later be inclined to bring prices down if somebody else starts up their own pokemon game, or also begins to stock balls for cheaper prices than what he's offering, but imo his current prices are too low for him to make a decent profit off (which, in the end, is one of the main purposes of having a store).

EDIT: To further prove my point, I just earnt 80-odd from this post alone. Earning is astonishingly easy sometimes (not that I'm complaining ).

I've only seen the ball used twice. In both trys, the ball slowly rolls of a cliff or gets stolen. I think that a problem... Why should we buy something that doesn't work too well? It sounds like this ball is a trouble maker. But at least it looks coll.


Don't we start with safari balls at the beginning of the safari game? Why would we buy these for the safari game?
